Shipping
USPS/Pitney Bowes is experiencing delays in their tracking/delivery timelines.
Sticker orders shipped with Pitney Bowes are currently experiencing longer delivery timelines or stay in 'Pre-Transit' even when delivered to your mailbox. Please allow a full 3 weeks after your shipping notification to contact about non-receipt of your order.
USPS is having delays with their tracking/delivery where the package may show 'Pre-Transit' for a week or be stuck at a processing center for a few days. Please allow a full 3 weeks for your item to arrive.
If an incorrect address is provided during checkout, will not be able to issue replacements/refunds, but can be reshipped at the buyer's cost.

Lost/Damaged Orders
If your order was damaged or lost in transit, please reach out to me with photos of the damage or the USPS tracking information that shows your item has not arrived at its destination after 3 weeks of receiving a shipping notification.
Any lost or damaged item will be fully reshipped at no cost to the customer. If an item is no longer in stock to fully replace the original order, the customer will have to pick from the current inventory with an item of equal value.
