Michelle's Gotta Have It accepts PayPal, and money orders. You can use Paypal for debit or credit card payments even if you don't have a Paypal account. Items will not ship until payment clears. If I have not heard from you and payment is not received the order will be canceled.


Ground Shipping for USA residents. I ship priority mail and use delivery confirmation. Great care is taken with all items and are very carefully packaged for shipping. Although I pack items carefully, I cannot guarantee their safe arrival. Please let me know if you would like to purchase insurance. You can also upgrade your shipping method for an additional charge. Please convo me ahead of time so I can make a listing especially for you. I will ship to your ETSY address unless stated or requested otherwise.
ORDER'S OUTSIDE THE USA- Please contact me for a shipping quote on the items you would like to purchase. When I starting shipping outside the USA I will know the shipping cost better. For now I will have to get a shipping quote for you. If shipping is less then $10.00 I will credit you the difference.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase please convo me within 5 business days after receiving it, to let me know if there are any problems at all before leaving feedback so we can resolve the issue. I want you to be happy with your Gotta Have It shopping experience. My merchandise is for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for all shipping charges. In case of a defective product please email me and we can replace the item. In the unlikely event that a package is lost or damage is the buyer's liability. Customers happiness is my goal so I'll do whatever I reasonably can do to your satisfaction. Happy customers are my top priority. There is always a solution.
