Hi

My name is Michelle and I have been designing and creating my unique handmade jewellery and accessories, for many years. My creativity started out as a hobby, but grew into something more special and has become an integral part of my life.

I have a sketch book which I like to jot down my ideas. I love the freedom of creating jewellery that you won't find on the high street and I always remember, when creating jewellery there are no rules.

Hello and thanks for taking the time to read my policies before making your purchase. Feel free to send me a message with any questions you might have about my policies.

All my jewellery is handcrafted by myself, in my home studio in Essex, UK.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment
Payment - Can you please make your payment via PayPal or Direct Checkout. They both enable you to use your credit card, debit card or Etsy Gift Card, to make your purchases at point of purchase. If, however I don't receive payment within 2 days, I will have to relist the item.
Shipping
Please be aware not all items have the same shipping times, please read the description of the item, so that you are made fully aware of the various shipping times.

All items will arrive either gift wrapped and placed in an organza bag or gift boxed.
I will post the items through the Royal Mail and I will contact you as soon as I have posted it.

Please check that your shipping address is correct.

The items will be bubble wrapped, then into a padded envelope. For peace of mind, I can send your items tracked and signed upon delivery, for an extra cost, please contact me for details.

A Certificate of Posting is obtained for every order. This offers limited coverage for postal loss (determined by Royal Mail on a case by case basis). In the rare event that an order is lost in the post, I will file for a loss, however this generally takes several weeks from the time of filing, (overseas packages cannot be filed as lost untll after 25 working days have passed). For this reason insured or trackable postage is recommended.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and custom charges that may be incurred. All international orders will be sent via Airmail, with delivery times depending on the country.

Royal Mail's estimated postal delivery times:
UK: 2-3 working days from despatch
EU: 3-5 working days from despatch
Rest of World: 5-7 working days from despatch

Royal Mail's estimates for international delivery are very optimistic, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks before worrying, and note that delivery times may be extended by public holidays and during busy periods.

International deliveries are not notifiable as lost until 20 working days (25 outside Europe) after the Royal Mail expected delivery date.

Lost items:

Items sent in the UK are not considered lost by Royal Mail until 15 working days have passed. Please allow up to 3 weeks. I will offer a refund on one-off items and I will replace those items that I can make again. You can still however request a refund if you do not wish to have a replacement.

International Postage: Unless you have asked me for tracked and insured postage, I can only offer a refund on the item cost. Please allow plenty of time for the item to get to you; it can take up to 4 weeks for delivery internationally to reach it's destination by airmail. I will offer a refund on one-off items and I will replace those items that I can make again. You can still however request a refund if you do not wish to have a replacement.

For Orders within the EU

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me by email within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, so that I can arrange a refund or exchange. If you would like a refund, the items will need to be sent back unworn, in their original condition and packaging. A full refund will be made, the return postage cost is payable by the customer. Within the EU shipping at the standard rate will be refunded, however, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.The cost of returning the item will be dependent on the postal rates in the customers country. For hygiene reasons, I cannot refund earrings.
I'm sorry, I cannot offer a refund for custom orders as they are made to the customers specification.

Additional policies and FAQs
Please note - All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That is why my items are unique, so please allow slight variations to what is shown in the made to order photos.

Please remove any jewellery before showering, bathing or applying perfume etc.

Once payment is received, please allow up to 1-2 weeks before your item is sent, for custom orders and made-to-order items.
