Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receipt of the item and I will try to work out any issues you may have.
If we are unable to work something out, I will refund the purchase price once the item is returned to me in its original condition, however the buyer will need to cover the return shipping costs. I am unable to refund the postage to or from you.
*Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for pierced jewellery or earring supplies.
Refunds are not offered on custom orders.
If, for any reason, it will take me longer to ship it to you--I will notify you ASAP
Christmas Posting - At this time of year Royal Mail deals with a huge increase in volumes of letters, cards and parcels, which can delay your item being shipped to you - so please refer to http://www.royalmail.com/greetings for last posting dates.
You will always receive an order update when your items are on their way.
For UK address, we use second class signed for postage, which can be upgraded to first class if required.
For international address, we use Royal Mail international standard postage (3~7 days).
*For international delivery, there may be customs and import fees depending on the size of your order and its destination. Where these apply, the recipient of the parcel will have to pay. If you are unsure about these charges, please refer to your country's policies as this can vary from place to place.
