Product was what I ordered and it came quickly, but it could have been cleaned before shipping. I appreciate vintage items, but not caked on dust and sticky spots.

I'll try to make each of these sections brief and painless.

Accepted payment methods

On Payment:

Please pay when you place the order. If I haven't received payment within a reasonable amount of time (say 24 hours), I'll consider the order void and I'll relist the item.
Beloved Shipping Issues and Their Costs:

I only list shipping costs to the United States, as they represent the majority of my sales. I am happy to ship elsewhere if you contact me in advance for the cost.

I have no desire to make money on shipping costs, but they are - by necessity - estimates. If you feel they are too much, and want me to calculate an exact shipping cost for your zip code when you buy an item, I am more than willing to do so. Just let me know. Likewise, if combined shipping amounts are grossly underestimated (shipping costs are surprisingly tricky) I might have to revise my original estimate and send a separate invoice. If that's the case, I'll let you know right away.

Knock on wood, but I have yet to hear of a damaged item as a result of shipping (damaged packaging, yes, but the item was unscathed). If the item you receive is damaged upon delivery, let me know ASAP. I'll need to forward evidence (photo, packaging) to the shipping service for a refund. If you can't do that within 48 hours, I might not be able to help.

And one last thing: I try to reuse packaging as much as possible. It just makes sense. Likewise, I often have to "make" custom boxes in order to ship oddly shaped items. They might not look glamorous, but they will be be sound. If you are sending an item to someone for a gift, just let me know. I'll make it look pretty, I promise.

Which brings us to....refunds. Unless I've mistakenly misled you in some way (telling you it's blue instead of red, or telling you that it works if it doesn't), I don't do refunds and exchanges.
