I'm proud to offer quality hand-made items and want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. If you have any problems it would be awesome if you convo me before leaving negative feedback so that I can try to figure things out with you.

Generally, unless items are damaged upon arrival, I don't accept returns or give refunds. However if for some reason you are unsatisfied I will work with you on a replacement item or a refund if that is necessary. The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Your refund will be purchase price, less shipping charges and Etsy fee 3.5%. You must pay for any return shipping expense.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but in the unlikely event that this happens we will work with you in finding a solution.

I accept PayPal for payment.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card.

Orders are shipped when payments have cleared.

Please keep in mind that I ship to your ETSY address and not the Paypal address.

Your item(s) will ship between 3 and 5 business days after payment is cleared.

Orders ship via Canada Post airmail. Tracking is NOT included in the regular price unfortunately. But it is possible to upgrade your shipping to include insurance and/or a tracking number if you would like, just contact me before making your purchase and I'll give you a quote asap.

Transit time:
Canada and US: normally 7 to 12 business days.
International: from 2 to 4 weeks

Please note:
Transit times could be longer if your parcel is held up for inspection by your Customs office. I cannot be held responsible if this occurs. The customer is responsible for any custom fees, duties, etc. that your purchase may incur at your country's border. For information refer to your local customs agency.
