Returns and exchanges
If an item becomes damaged in transit I am in no way responsible for the damages, unless they were explicitly caused by poor packaging or craftsmanship on my part. If you have received the wrong item, I can arrange to pay for returned shipping and will offer a full refund once I have received the returned item. Refunds will not be issued if there is nothing wrong with the item received, or if you ordered the wrong item by accident. I will do as much as I possibly can to make sure you have received the proper, intact item. Refunds will only be issued prior to preparing pieces for the order. Once I have started, unless the pieces are salvageable, there is at the very least a cost for using up my materials and time.

If you live in the EU, if you have purchased a ready to ship item and wish to return it WITHIN 14 days of receiving it, you can do so without providing a reason. However, it would really help me out to know what your thought process is behind it, so I would love to know if you'd let me (though I will not ask).

You CANNOT return custom items, or earrings. That applies to everywhere. If you would like me to re-pipe a custom case that has somehow become damaged within a year of purchase, we can work that out.

Returns/exchanges will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but if the item has been used it generally cannot be accepted back.
I accept PayPal and Etsy direct checkout (accepts all major credit cards). It's possible to pay through PayPal even if you don't have an account. For international orders outside of the US or Canada, I can ONLY accept PayPal.
Items are shipped the following Monday or Friday, using USPS First-Class shipping and tracking. For custom orders, they will ship the following Monday or Friday after I have communicated with the buyer that the case is finished. Once payment has cleared and item has been shipped, your tracking number will be included with the Etsy receipt. If you order from me and are located in Italy or Brazil, I will have to refund your purchase. The reason is because of many sellers losing items delivered to customers in those locations. I'm not as worried about losing my work as I would be about not being able to make my customers happy.

Once items have left my hands and are shipped, I am NOT responsible for the status of the item. Please let me know if packages arrive damaged or are lost as everything is insured, but please remember I am not at fault if something goes wrong.
Additional policies and FAQs
Non-payers will be blacklisted, and if met on social media, blocked from those platforms. The only exception is of those who have very reasonable excuses and have discussed them with me thoroughly beforehand. Requesting to have a custom listing placed on hold is not entirely the same thing as non-payment, but please refrain from requesting custom listings at all unless you are ready to pay.
