» Returns / Exchanges
Returns and/or exchanges are not accepted. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to me directly.
Please note: All items are carefully inspected for flaws. Any items with major flaws will not make it to the inventory stage. If I find an item with a minor flaw that can be salvaged, it will be noted on the item description. By purchasing the item, you acknowledge and accept the flaw.
» Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please cancel within 24 hours of purchase.
» Wash / Care
All pieces are pre-washed. When you purchase the garment, I will include the care instructions for your specific piece.
» Restock
All items are customized and one of a kind. There will rarely ever be duplicates of items.
» Local Pick Up
If you live locally in the Peoria, IL area, you may schedule a local pickup. To do this, please DO NOT purchase the item via Etsy. Instead, please DM me on IG (@midwestfancave) with the item you're interested in purchasing. In response, I will confirm & charge via Venmo or CashApp. Once the payment is received, we will arrange a pick up date + time.
