Airmail service is not available for Italy, India to name a few. Packages headed to these locations can still be shipped via Surface Mail (around 3-4 months). Shipping to Russia is suspended until further notice.

Default shipping is by ePacket or Registered Airmail through the postal system. Note that some countries still do not have Airmail due to Covid-19 so I will ship via Surface Mail. I generally ship the same or next business day of receiving payment. Since I am sending from Hong Kong, international packages can take anywhere from a few weeks to 3-4 months for surface mail depending on the current capacity of the postal system. So please give your packages sufficient time to deliver.
We have no way of tracing Surface Mail packages and some Airmail packages. We will not be responsible for packages lost in the mail if insurance was not purchased. Any import duties or VAT incurred will also be your own responsibility. If the order is stuck in their country's customs, it is also the buyer's responsibility to contact customs on how to retrieve their package.
Additional policies and FAQs
We try our best to take accurate photos but bear in mind, there may be differences in color depending on your computer monitor. Also, I have small hands so please refer to the actual measurements listed in the descriptions for the bead size. My hands in the photos help to show the angles and the colors of the stones against skin. Due to the handmade nature of the stones - shapes, sizes and location of the drilled holes may vary slightly. We try our best to disclose whatever imperfections present and welcome your requests for more information, photos to help you make the right decisions.
We try to do our part for the environment so we do not include paper invoices with your package. If you need an invoice, you can always print one yourself. We use bubble wrap to secure your beads and send them in a padded envelope. Occasionally we will also recycle whatever's handy around the office like thick cards to use in our packing. Finished jewelry like pendants are also sent the same way. Sorry since we sell supplies, we do not offer full gift wrapping services but we may have some simple boxes available.
