Announcement   Welcome to my little shop, Mi Jardin. I am an artist who likes to experiment with different styles and mediums. Whether it is something as small as a bookmark, a collage, or a large canvas in oil, I love art. Meander through my shop; you might find something you like. Later please visit Gigi Paints page on Facebook:
https://www.facebook.com/pages/Gigi-Paints/130403983788272?ref=hl
and like the page to get updates and specials.

How did I start painting? Well, it started as a deep desire to draw first and then explore several mediums. For years I would collect paint brushes, watercolor paper, oil paints, and pastels, hoping for that quiet moment to paint. Finally the day came when all the babies had grown up and gone to college and the time for Painting had arrived. So I gathered all my supplies, took a one on one summer course in watercolor painting with a wonderful South Carolinian artist who lived in Puerto Rico, then went to North Carolina and immersed myself among other artists at Cheap Joes Art Supplies and was given permission to go and "paint exhuberant" paintings... and I have not stopped since.
So here you are at my little store. I hope you like what you see and maybe you would like to take a little painting home with you! Thank you for your visit. Be blessed at you go.
