I take great care to post accurate, high-resolution photos of my yarn, that being said if you are unsatisfied with a product that you receive please let me know immediately. *Failure to contact me immediately upon receipt will mean that you have accepted the item as is. If you have a complaint, please contact me and we can work it out. As a last resort, if you are still unsatisfied, you may return the item. When I receive, I will refund the cost of the item (buyer assumes return shipping cost).
YARN MUST BE IN ORGINAL CONDITION. FULL SKEIN, WITH STRINGS UNCUT AND UNWORN WITH NO ODOR (CIGARETTE SMOKE, PERFUME, ETC). IT IS MY SOLE DISCRETION WHETHER TO ACCEPT A RETURN OR GRANT REFUND BASED ON THESE CRITERIA.

My preferred payment method is Paypal. It is a free service that allows you to make a safe and secure credit/debit card payment online. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use Paypal. Check them out at www.paypal.com.

I offer USPS 1st Class shipping within the U.S. only. I will mail your order within 2 business days from date of payment. If you would like insurance or expedited delivery, email me BEFORE you buy and I will get back to you with rates.

All orders are wrapped up pretty with tissue paper and packaged carefully. I use recycled packing and shipping materials as much as possible.
