Welcome to Mill & Bird. My name is Krissy, and I design leather bags in Durham, NC. My aim is to make simple, chic leather bags that stand the test of time.
While I started my business designing and hand stitching each bag, I've recently transitioned to having bags manufactured right here in my own backyard. I design each bag and hand select the leather for it. I also hand stitch each prototype to determine if a design should be put into production. Once a design has been finalized, I turn the cutting and sewing over to a NC-based manufacturer with over 25 years of experience working with leather. The result of this process is a beautiful bag with enduring style, materials and construction made right here in the good 'ole USA.

I accept Paypal (which accepts all major credit cards).
Payment is due when an order is placed.
Bags are shipped within 2 to 5 business days of receipt of payment through Paypal. Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
Please note that international customers are responsible for their country's customs or tariff fees, if applicable.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted on all regularly priced items. Items must be returned unused and in the original condition within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If a returned or exchanged item is received and has been used or is not in condition for resale, the cost of the bag will not be refunded. In addition, the bag will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Customized bags are final sales.
