We are a couple in life as well as in running MillooBags. Working in harmony and combining our skills to deliver unique products made with love in our workshop in Athens, Greece.

We love the maker's life and we get our hands dirty with all sorts of projects.

It all started back in 2009. Fotini's shop on Etsy with knitwear was already running and we wanted to combine our skills and creativity to start making something new that would intrigue us both and this is how our brand was brought to life. When we first started, our bags were not the most refined but over time our skills evolved and our goal is finally achieved. Making high quality bags that will last longer and at affordable prices.
Many have asked if there is a back story behind the name "Milloo" we chose. I'm afraid we'll have to disappoint you since we just liked the sound of it.
We source our materials from local distributors and small industries. Handpicked and carefully chosen by us to use and deliver the best quality we can get.
The leather we use is of Italian origin. Sheepskins, cowhides that are preferably soft, unless stated otherwise. We love leather cause it age well and builds its own character over time.
Cotton fabrics in plain colors or patterns are used for the interior of the bags and accessories wherever needed.
The hardware we use is basically in two colors, silver and brass and the exterior zippers are YKK that are known for superior quality.
We try our best to minimize the waste we produce in the process. Even the leftovers of our materials will be used to make meaningful little things for ourselves, our family or our friends.

To create our bags we are using the best materials we can find. Cotton, canvas and leather are our favorites.New designs and colors are posted frequently so check back to see them .

We use Greek Postal Services and DHL Express for shipping your order.

We usually ship our orders within 3-5 days after the order is placed and the payment is cleared. They are all sent gift wrapped and placed in either a cardboard box or a bubble envelope. They are sent as registered mail, therefore, a tracking number is sent to the buyer once the order is shipped which can be used by their local Postal Services to track it. Normally, it takes about 8-10 working days for non-EU customers to receive their orders and 3-5 days for EU residents. All orders are sent using the address provided in the Etsy order. If otherwise, please let us know and we'll be happy to send it anywhere in the world you want.

Please note that delivery times are estimated. We're doing our best to have orders sent as quickly as possible but sometimes transit hiccups may cause some delays. Even though we can not be held responsible for this, please contact us and we'll do our best to help you in every way possible.

Some countries may charge customs fees. We cannot guarantee this information and buyers are responsible for paying their own customs fees.

If you have a custom request, please contact us and once all the details of your request are settled, we'll create a custom listing for you to purchase. Once the order is placed and the payment is cleared, we'll need about a week to have it ready and shipped.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are shipped gift wrapped but if you have any special request or a special note to write, please let us know.

Custom and personalized orders

Customisations are always welcome. Feel free to contact me with whatever request you probably have.

Why DHL Express is the only option available?

Due to COVID-19 pandemic and disruptions to local Postal Services, all international orders are currently shipped using DHL Express with an estimated delivery time of 4-6 days.
Orders shipped to Canada and Australia are shipped using standard shipping by default. If you want your order to be shipped with expedited shipping, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you and give you a cost.

How COVID-19 has affected our business?

~ We currently use only DHL Express to ship our orders, due to delays involving our local Postal Services.
~ We minimized our exits from our workshop to buy materials( arranged with the suppliers to send our orders here)
~ We leave the incoming materials in the backyard for 2 days before opening them and use them.
~Whenever out or needed, we sanitize ourselves once back in the workshop.
~We disinfect our workplace with alcohol spray and wipes regularly.
~We ventilate our workshop as much as possible.
