Returns and exchange details
Refunds and/or replacement will be made if there is a defect in workmanship. I will require photos of the problem before any refund or replacement is made. It is my sole discretion whether to issue a refund or replace the defective item.

Due to the nature of the products refunds/exchanges for products that do not have defects in workmanship will be allowed on a cases by case basis. If the product has been used or has been removed from the packaging I can not refund or exchange the product.

Milostones, LLC accepts PayPal and major credit cards. If you need to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours.
Shipping
I strive to ship all orders in a timely manner. If you need your order by a certain date please message me prior to making a purchase and I will let you know if I can get it shipped within your timeframe. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Domestic orders will include a tracking number and usually arrive in approximately 3-4 days after being shipped. International orders will not have a tracking number and can take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. Milostones, LLC is not responsible for paying any customs fees in the country of delivery.
