Returns will be at our discretion. If you receive an item that is broken/ damaged please contact me directly and be sure to include a picture so it can be reviewed.
I will do anything to make sure you are happy with your product!!
I encourage you to convo me about any sizing questions you might have, or if you need more details about the feel of a material, anything to help you with your decisions!

Payment
If you need to pay some other way outside of paypal or credit card convo me and we will work something out!
Payment via Paypal within 24 hours of purchase.
If you wish to cancel a purchase, this must be done within 48 hours of initial purchase.
Shipping
Custom orders take about a week (from the time that I receive payment) to have made and shipped out.
Convo me if you want to upgrade your shipping, if you would like insurance, delivery confirmation/tracking number, express overnight etc and I will change your shipping cost accordingly.
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to you, just as they left my hands.
INTERNATIONAL FRIENDS - Please note: I ship via First Class International Mail which does NOT include tracking or insurance. If you would like to add these services to secure your shipment, please convo me. And Please note that first class international shipping can take 2-5 weeks.
I mark all of my international packages honestly and I am not responsible for customs fees.
