Geekery Meets Craftiness

Jen started this etsy adventure in yarn, not pen and ink. She picked up a book on amigurumi at the library one day and soon beginning combining an addiction to making small cute things with a vast untapped reservoir of pop culture and comic knowledge. While sketching new amigurumi designs, she stumbled on the fact that the drawings themselves were kind of cute and people might possibly want to display them in their homes, on their refrigerators, or on the back of a laptop. Since then her work has been featured on Buzzfeed and Go Fug Yourself and has been a top-seller on Redbubble. She has sold designs to the WB for their "Supernatural" online shop and will also be featured in an upcoming feminist anthology for young adults.
