Please make sure the shipping address is accurate and deliverable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or checking for address accuracy.

If the package gets returned due to an inaccurate or undeliverable address, customers are responsible for the reshipping fees (even if the initial order was eligible for free shipping), which include return fees and re-ship postage. Return fees vary based on size and weight of the package.

Once the package is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Extra insurance at a low cost (a few dollars) can be purchased before ordering (contact us), which will cover lost or stolen packages subject to the insurance provider’s review.

All fabrics are preshrunk (pre-washed) and seams are serged in order to maintain a high level of quality.

Our hats are made from 100% Premium Cotton quilt fabric, unless otherwise noted in the listing.

If your country is not listed in one of the shipping options, please contact us! We will let you know if we are able to ship to your country and the shipping rates.

The Pixie style we make can fit a range of hair lengths, including longer hair. If the brim is not folded, the scrub hat will have more room for your hair.

Alternatively, choose our Ponytail style to fit even longer hair.

After we make the hats (order processed), they will be shipped. Please see a separate FAQ for the shipping timeframe.

Orders with embroidery or buttons cannot be cancelled once an order is placed, even if it's within 24 hours, as they may be made to order right away.

For scrub hats without add-on described above, I gladly accept cancellation if it’s within 12 hours of purchase or before the package is shipped, whichever comes earlier.

To deliver excellent customer service, in some cases orders are shipped within an hour.

To support environmental sustainability, the shop has stopped printing packing slips. If you wish to have the packing slip included in your package, please leave us a Note to Seller.

Our policy is that there is no return or exchange, due to sanitary reasons especially during the pandemic.

Please understand that each customer's monitor may display the color of the products slightly differently, the actual products may have a slightly different color than displayed.

Please understand that the patterns may vary on the actual products, due to their placements when the fabrics are cut.
