The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full product refund. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Customer is responsible for return postage cost.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are only applicable to t-shirts. If you receive your shirt and it does not fit, simply email sales [!at] mincingmockingbird.com to ensure we have the desired size available.
The recipient can exchange t-shirts for up to 30 days of the order. The item must return in saleable condition at the cost of the recipient.
Payment
I 100% prefer Paypal - it's super fast and super easy. Credit cards are accepted as well!

CA Residents: Please note that all California state residents will be charged sales tax through PayPal.
Shipping
Shipping Method: We ship all orders by USPS or UPS.

Tracking Information:After your order ships tracking information will be sent to the email you provided on your order.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Frame orders are processed within 2 weeks.

Shipping Address Changes: If you need to change your address you must email sales [!at] mincingmockingbird.com before the item ships. We ship your order as fast as possible so if we receive your shipping address change after it has already shipped we will have to wait for it to return before sending a new order to you.

Delayed or Missing Packages: If you have not received your package but tracking information states it was delivered please contact your local post office to determine where and with who it was left. If you are unable to locate it please contact us so we can place a claim with the appropriate carrier.

Christmas Shipping: Most orders placed by 12/14 will arrive before Christmas. We cannot guarantee they will arrive, as the US Postal Service does not guarantee it. If you need expedited shipping we offer UPS services for an additional fee: please email sales [!at] mincingmockingbird.com for more information.
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping on orders to the countries listed below only. We ship your order either USPS First Class or USPS Priority depending on weight. Customer is responsible for foreign taxes, duties, and fees.

USPS First Class International: Less than 4lbs
USPS First Class International does not guarantee a delivery date. Average delivery times depend on the receiving country but generally take several weeks to months. Once the parcel leaves the US we are unable to track it further. If you do not receive your package after 90 days from the date of shipment please email sales [!at] mincingmockingbird.com with your full name and order number to start the claim process.

USPS Priority International: Over 4lbs
Depending on the receiving country, delivery time is between 5-10 business days. If your package does not arrive within 14 days from the shipment date please email sales [!at] mincingmockingbird.com with your full name and order number to start the claim process.
