Return policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return most products and get a full product refund. There are no returns on sale items or products that have been used or damaged. Products eligible for returns can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Customer is responsible for the return postage cost. Shipping is non-refundable.
International shipping policy:
You are responsible for all import taxes or other customs related fees your country requires. Once we have shipped an order internationally it is out of our control. Also note that we cannot guarantee any sort of arrival time for international shipments, as these can vary from 1 week to 2 months. Mincing Mockingbird is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once the order leaves the US. There are no refunds if your package is lost or damaged.
