Mindful Motherhood was founded by Ysis Lorenna in 2018, in a personal quest to help her make sense of the many parenting challenges that she faced on a daily basis. By providing a safe space on her YouTube channel for parents to come together and discuss parenting topics, Ysis built a community of likeminded people and kindred spirits who are truly connected by their commitment to positive parenting.
