I didn't like my item, can I get a refund?

I'm sorry to say, but no. Each piece is handmade, therefore you must be ready to expect flaws and imperfections. I try my best to price accordingly, as I am aware I am not perfect. I will be glad to answer questions prior to purchase. As well, I do try my best to give as much information and views as possible.

My item(s) broke in shipping, can I get a refund or replacement?

Yes, I would be happy to either remake your items or refund you the cost of the items. However, I will require detailed images of the items and packaging, as well as detailed explanations of what you know about the shipping. (IE: do you have a ring camera and video of the delivery driver punting your package across the lawn? or did it show up smooshed in your driveway?). Without this information, I will not give any refunds or replacements.

My item(s) never showed, can I have a refund?

Possibly, if the delivery is listed as "delivered" then no. You can work with USPS for a refund with your tracking information. This is because I have no way of verifying this is true or not.

If the item is listed as not delivered, then I will be glad to work with USPS and send you a refund or a replacement after things have been settled on my end.

Can I get a custom order?

Of course, just send me a message. Be advised that the more intricate your order is the more it will cost overall. Custom orders will take longer than what is already available in my shop. As well, I might close customs when I am busy with my day job, school, and family. Please be respectful of this.

Is this food and dishwasher safe?

Yes, all items in my shop are food and dishwasher safe. If they are not (which is very rare) I will make a note in the title.
