We are so thrilled with our "wedding thank you" postcards. The quality is excellent and it was such an easy breezy purchase. Shipping was timely and beautifully wrapped. Can't wait to get these cuties out to my loved ones. Highly recommend this shop!

Hello! I hope you enjoy browsing. You're welcome to contact me with questions or comments. Most designs are somewhat customizable—and a many changes like color and a printed message are free—so if you'd like something a bit different from what's pictured contact me before you make your purchase and we'll work out all the pretty little details.

Note: Printed cards and digital files are sold separately.

A minimum order of 50 cards is required on custom printed cards. There is no maximum.

You may pay via Paypal or Credit Card.
Payment must clear before any design work commences.

If you wish to cancel your order please notify me before you receive a first proof from me: http://www.etsy.com/convo_new.php?to_username=minelolly. Once proofing has begun a full refund is not available.

A Texas sales tax (%.082500) will be added at checkout, to all orders with a Texas billing address. (Sorry!)
Mail costs include shipping AND Handling.

Shipping terms and time in transit vary for each product and location. Please read the product listing for shipping descriptions and estimated delivery times. Packages in the US ship via Priority Mail with tracking. International packages ship via First Class with no tracking after it has left the states.

If an item arrives damaged—a refund for the damaged cards, or reprint may be available. Please send a photo to Minelolly showing the damaged cards.

Shipping is non refundable, and will be invoiced again under the following circumstances:

--Wrong shipping address was provided to Minelolly
--No mail receptacle was at the address provided

You are responsible to know if there are shipping delays, strikes, or other hang-ups in customs that may delay your package.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me if you have questions or concerns before purchasing.

Minelolly does not accept returns nor issue refunds discount, clearance, sale items, or digital files.

Because of the time spent designing, once the first proof has been finished—Minelolly cannot issue a full refund.

If you decide not to go forward with Minelolly services but HAVE gone through the proofing phase, we will work out a refund that will include shipping paid and a percentage of the purchase price.

NOTE: Once files have been sent to press, the print order cannot be cancelled or changed. This is the policy of the printers I use.

Because the printed cards are personalized they cannot be returned for a full refund. If the cards arrived damaged or show an error please contact Minelolly.

Because of the time spent designing, once a proof has been sent—Minelolly cannot issue a full refund—however, a 25% refund will be available.
Once the files have been delivered—all sales are final.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am usually able to respond to you very quickly throughout the work week. However, I do like to escape the studio on weekends :) so if you contact me on a weekend, my responses may come Monday morning—thank you for your patience.

SUNDAYS: Minelolly is unavailable to answer questions or send proofs on Sundays. No worries, I'll get back to you on Monday.

Please see individual listings for proof turn-arounds and printing turn-around.

I'm happy to make minor changes for free (please contact me and we'll discuss) — however, if we go through multiple rounds of proofs (over 3) a minimal fee will be invoiced for the extra time each additional change takes.

After your purchase, you will receive a digital proof to go over carefully. It is the customer's responsibility to discover and point out ANY errors or changes needed so they can be corrected and a new proof sent for approval. Once files have been approved they will be sent to press.

Note: Approval can be in any form of positive affirmation. For example, "I approve," "looks good," "I love it!" etc. And once given, Minelolly is not responsible for any errors that may later be discovered on the print that are also on the approved proof.

If you would like to see a sample of the print quality and paper stock, please contact Minelolly for pre-printed samples. Because these cards are printed at press, with a minimum of 50 cards, a printed proof of your personalized card is not available.

Because each computer monitor/smart screen is different I cannot guarantee that the actual color of an item will exactly match what you see on your screen.

Because each print run is done separately, and likely on a different printing press—colors on reprints or additional orders of the same design may not match exactly.

Please note: If the digital photograph you provide is not fully saturated, the print won't be either. I'm happy to saturate or otherwise slightly tweak colors on your photo if asked—however, I don’t do so automatically (like so many photo centers) because wedding photographers are expensive, you've paid for their services, and I don’t want to “fiddle” with their color edits without your express request.

By sending your image to me, you agree that you have, or have obtained the rights from the photographer to reproduce that image. Minelolly will not be held responsible for copyright issues on this matter. Likewise, Minelolly will not use images that include a photographer's watermark.

You may use Minelolly listing photographs for commenting purposes (such as blogging or pinning), but please add a photo credit and/or link to Minelolly. Commercial use of Minelolly images are NOT authorized.

Pricing and shipping charges are subject to change without prior notification. However, I will honor a price quote given before a price change.
