Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
Exchanges can be made, but you will need to pay for shipping. Contact me within 3 days of receiving your item, and we'll make arrangements.
Payment
I happily accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Items must be paid for before they are sent.
Shipping
Please always make sure your address in "Etsy" is correct as this is the address I will ship your products to. I ship orders everyday Monday - Friday through the USPS.

UNITED STATES orders: Apparel will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail for items shipping in the United States. This way I can track your package and have confirmation of delivery. USPS usually arrives in about 2-3 business days. If it's not safe to leave be sure to provide a message for your mail person with instructions for them.

You will receive an email when your order is shipped, with your tracking number.
