miniFlair's Shop Policies

Payment

miniFlair only accepts PayPal. Depending on your banks or credit cards, it might take up to 5 days for us to receive your payment.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped after the payment is recieved. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery if you are located in the US. International delivery might take up to 21 business days.

All my items will be individually wrapped. If you purchase more than 1 item and don't need them individually wrapped, I will really appreciate it if you let me know. I will fit all your items in fewer box(s). They will still be nicely and securely wrapped. Let's save our planet!!!

It is your responsibility to double verify your mailing address. I will use the address you enter in PayPal to make the shipping lables. I cannot refund or reimburse if you do not receive your order due to the incorrect address.

Refunds and Exchanges

miniFlair always ensures the high quality of work. If for some rare reason, your order has defect, miniFlair allows return or free repair within 7 days after receipt. I will refund your payment after I receive and inspect the item. Repair is free if the item is damaged during delivery. (Sorry, you have to pay for the return shipping.)

Custom Order:
miniFlair accept custom orders. Contact me (miniFlair@aol.com) and let's discuss.

Repair:
If your item needs repair for some reason after your use, miniFlair will be happy to provide the repair service with a small fee. If parts are missing and I don't have the same parts available anymore, I will try my best to restore it to the original state as best as possible. Please contact me (miniflair@aol.com) before you ship your item back to me.
