SUSTAINABILITY: HOW DO WE DO IT?
As producers and retailers, our main goal is to do as little harm to our planet as possible. Because we produce new things, we have to use resources, so we're committed to doing so as sustainably as possible.
KEEP IT LOCAL
As a small family business, we produce all our products locally with the help of local artisans and seamstresses. The entire process is carried out within 200 kilometres of our office in Vilnius, from production to finishing and packing!
MATERIALS
Most of our products are designed for small children; therefore, our materials are as natural as possible. All our cotton fabrics are OEKO-TEX or GOTS certified, a polyester filling also has OEKO-TEX certification, and wooden parts are absolutely natural and free from chemical treatment. We guarantee that 90% of our materials and fabrics are of natural origin.
PACKAGING
We pack your orders in boxes made from recycled cardboard and secure most of them with eco-friendly paper sticking tape. The plastic bags we use for packing and shipping are all recyclable, recycled, or compostable! All our marketing materials, including printed instructions, cards, and stickers, are printed locally on recycled paper using soy ink.
PRODUCTION LEFTOVERS
In order to leave no (or minimal) production waste, we use every tiny scrap of fabric to make bags for packaging or give away leftover fabric to our fellow artisans. We recycle all our studio and office waste. Although there's always room for improvement, we're very proud of the sustainability steps we've taken recently, and we hope our clients appreciate them too!

Shipping
Orders over 55EUR outside Europe are shipped with FedEx Economy and arrive within 5-14 days. Smaller items are shipped via the Standard Mail service unless you upgrade shipping at the checkout. Items usually arrive within 10-30 days. All items are provided with tracking numbers.
Orders over 55EUR destined for Europe are shipped with DPD economy and arrive within 4-6 days. Smaller items are shipped via the Standard Mail service unless you upgrade shipping at the checkout. Items usually arrive within 5-9 days. Express shipping to Europe is available (delivered in 1-2 business days, but please check the production time).
Please provide us with your cell phone (mobile) number. This is a strict requirement of the shipping providers. Your personal data is used to provide the shipping service only. We never disclose personal data to third parties.
DEADLINES
All items are shipped as soon as possible. Please see the processing times stated in the description with every item. Most items are shipped within 1-5 days after receipt of payment.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Internationally shipped packages may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are based in Europe (EU), where no customs duty is applied to goods sold.
USA: Packages with a declared value of less than $800 are generally cleared without additional paperwork.
