Our bows are guaranteed. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we want to make sure that you love your new bows!

We do not offer returns/exchanges on custom orders, bows/fabrics no longer in stock, or sale items.

Unworn bows in original packaging and condition may be returned or exchanged however, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for the return and the replacement. We must be notified within 7 days of delivery; the product must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. The bow must arrive in original condition, if it is damaged during shipment we cannot issue a refund.

If any item arrives damaged in any way please contact us and we will assist you!

All bows are guaranteed. I finish each bow by hand sewing to ensure that it stays tied. Please contact us right away and we will assist you if you have any concerns. The Adèle style is the only one that is not sewn closed in the middle.

We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth. To smooth out any wrinkles, iron them on medium heat setting. You may also steam them and reshape them back to their original form by hand. If you have hesitations or doubts, just send me a convo and I’ll help you with your specific fabric care instructions.

Bows should only be worn under adult supervision due to choking hazards. Do not use during naps/sleep or unattended at any time. Buyer assumes all responsibility for use of our bows, headbands and clips.

The photos of our products are an accurate representation of the bow you will receive. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, your bow may differ slightly from the photo.

All bows are made to order. Orders will be processed for shipping within 3-5 business days.

Custom made orders will be processed for shipping within 5-7 days.

We use Canada Post and USPS.

Canada - 3 to 7 days
USA - 5 to 8 days
Everywhere else - 2 to 6 weeks

Upgraded shipping is available at checkout to receive a trackable package for the USA (small package). Canadians may upgrade to XpressPost. Standard shipping (no upgrade) does not include tracking for the USA or Canada. We do our best to ensure that you will receive your order as soon as possible. You will see a shipping estimate for international orders which is a baseline estimate. We will confirm the rate prior to shipping as it could be higher than estimated depending on your location.
