Buttons from a Tiny Apartment!

Hi everyone! I make all these buttons and pins inside my tiny little apartment with my trusty button machine. I love making unique and creative pinbacks for people to love and enjoy!
If you're interested in having something custom made, please don't hesitate to contact me!

Canadian orders are sent via LETTERMAIL which means NO TRACKING.
Canada Post estimates 2-5 business days for delivery, but refunds will only be considered after 3 weeks of non-delivery.

All other orders, United States and Around the World, are shipped using USPS or Asendia, and include TRACKING!

PLEASE REMEMBER - I am located in Canada and if you are not also Canadian then your package is subject to examination at the border. The shipping times here are estimates, not exact and I cannot be responsible for delays at customs.

Shipping

I am located in Canada! This means that your order will take longer to arrive than you may be used to!

All orders will be shipped to the address on file with Etsy or Paypal.
Please make sure your address is correct BEFORE purchasing.
If you notice your address is incorrect AFTER buying, please cancel the order and re-purchase with the correct address.

All shipping timelines listed are ESTIMATES ONLY and I am not responsible for any delays if your order is delayed in the mail or at customs.
All orders outside of Canada will be sent with tracking and if you have any problems with the delivery, you need to contact your local post office first before contacting me.

Late Orders

As mentioned in the Shipping section, your order can take time.

I will only issue refunds, or re-ship under certain circumstances.

Orders within Canada are not considered lost until more than 10 business days. Canada Post sucks. We all know it.

Orders to the US are not considered lost until after 4 weeks. Customs can be a pain.

Orders to any country outside of Canada/US, I will not issue a refund until we can verify the tracking indicates a lost item.
