Current processing time for most solid gold items items is 8-9 weeks.
Current processing time for most gold filled and sterling silver items is 1-3 weeks.

All items are shipped with fully insured express shipping. We will provide a tracking number as soon as the package is dispatched. Delivery will take 2-10 business days, within Europe 1-3 business days. You are required to sign for the release of the package.
If the package has already been dispatched and you have to change your address, an additional fee of US$ 20 will be required to in order to change the address. Shipping providers consider this as a new shipment and we will be charged for any changes.
When placing the order, PLEASE LEAVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER in the notes. Express shipping providers require it.

The delivery time is provided for REFERENCE ONLY and it is based on our own experience sending goods all over the world. Packages can sometimes take longer to be delivered, especially during busy holiday seasons for example. They also can be opened at customs, which will add extra time for delivery.

If this is not feasible, try findmyringsize.com to use a manual ring sizing guide to help you determine the size. *Please note this is only a guide therefore we cannot be responsible for incorrect ring size determination. Please send us a message with any questions in regards to sizing.
You can also measure the INSIDE diameter (distance across) in millimetres of a ring you currently wear. Send us these measurements and we will tell you your US ring size.
