Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
RETURNS
1. I will accept returns on some pieces (see below for exceptions).
2. If approved, you will be provided a shop credit for the purchase price less 30% restocking fee (a refund will not be provided). Initial insurance and shipping charges will not be included.
3. The client/buyer must contact me (via Etsy message) within 3 days from the delivery date, for a Return Authorization (RA) number. As such, please check all items immediately upon receipt.
4. Please do not return items without having received an RA number first. I will not accept delivery of the return package (and will not provide a credit) if I have not authorized the return.
5. Items approved for return must be shipped back within 7 days from the original delivery date, with the RA number written on the outside of a tracked and fully insured package. Please note that the client/buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs (including tracking and full value insurance.)
6. The item(s) must be returned in perfect, unworn condition, along with a copy of the receipt and all packaging, otherwise, additional fees may be assessed.
7. The return tracking number must be provided to me (via Etsy message) within 2 days of the return shipping date.
If procedures 1 - 7 outlined above are not followed or I do not hear from the client/buyer within 3 days from the original delivery date, the sale will be considered final.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS
All custom or personalized orders and/or sale items are considered a final sale - returns will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES
I do not accept exchanges.

CANCELLATIONS
I accept cancellations as long as they are requested within 12 hours of when the order was placed – no extensions.

SHIPPING POLICY
GENERAL INFORMATION
The estimated creation/processing time prior to shipping is stated in each listing's shipping tab. Please note that this is my best estimate and could change depending on the time of year; availability of materials; shop sales, etc.
If there is a delay, it will be mentioned in the Shop Announcement and/or you will be contacted directly with an update specific to your purchase.
I take great care in packing your order to ensure its safe arrival. Please be sure that your shipping address is correct and matches the USPS address on file. If there is a discrepancy, I will always use the USPS suggested address. An incorrect address could result in delivery failure - which is the sole responsibility of the client/buyer.

DOMESTIC ORDERS
Orders will be shipped via USPS Mail. A tracking number will be provided via Etsy/USPS. I am not affiliated with the USPS and am not responsible, for delays in delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Delivery for this type of mail is estimated, by the USPS, to be 7-10 days. While most items arrive during the estimated time frame, there are usually delays due to many factors including increased security concerns and time to clear customs. There have been instances of international mail taking up to 8 weeks or more to arrive. I am not affiliated with the USPS and am not responsible for delays in delivery.

UPGRADED SHIPPING
Please note that purchasing upgraded shipping expedites the delivery time frame only and not the estimated creation/processing time.

INSURANCE
Cost of insurance is included in the shipping charges.

ALL SHIPPING CLAIMS
Per USPS regulations, if your package does not arrive as scheduled, you must wait 30 days from the expected delivery date in order to file a claim. The USPS will then investigate the issue and has up to 30 more days to respond.
I have no affiliation with the USPS and are powerless over delays in delivery. I do not refund for lost packages (insurance handles that) and I cannot guarantee arrival dates.

CUSTOMS, DUTY TAX and VAT
International Orders Only: The regulations concerning whether or not your package will be subjected to these charges vary by country. It is the obligation of the client/buyer to obtain information regarding these possible additional charges, as well as their responsibility to pay them if necessary. Information regarding these possible additional charges can be obtained from your customs or post office.
Clients/buyers are responsible for knowing and understanding these charges as it applies to their packages.
I will not falsify any information on the required customs form(s) - the description will read "jewelry".
I will not ship to a hotel or to a non-permanent address.

MISCELLANEOUS
Please pay special attention to the description; size; dimensions; etc. of the item when ordering, as photos are greatly enlarged to show detail. Please rely on the description and dimensions given when deciding to purchase - not the photos which have been enlarged. Please ask if you need clarification – I really do not mind :)
Every effort is made to provide at least one clear picture of the item that you are purchasing. I am not responsible for differences in color or tone due to the many different monitors, etc.

As I use only natural stones, each item may vary slightly in size and shape. Each will be naturally beautiful.

Care instructions

14k & 18k gold is part pure gold & part base metals to make it strong enough for jewelry. It is the other base metals that react to oxygen, sulfur &/or moisture & can tarnish gold jewelry when exposed to chemicals such as perfume, lotions, lotions, hair products, chlorine & detergents.
To remove surface tarnishing of real gold jewelry, add a few drops of mild, non-phosphate dishwashing liquid to warm water & wipe the tarnished part with the mixture using a cotton swab. Clean only the gold portion. Dry your jewelry with a soft cotton cloth.
To keep all jewelry in good condition:
*Avoid water or any liquids (perfume, lotions, etc).
*Clean the chains after use, with a soft dry cloth to remove skin oils & dust.
*Store away from sunlight.

Returns

*I accept returns on items that were not Custom Made or on Sale.
