Returns and exchanges
Minkee Baby Gifts stands behind our products. Your satisfaction with our product is our highest priority. If you are unhappy with a product that you have received, we will make it right. We will be happy to accept your non-personalized items back for either a refund or store credit (please note shipping charges will NOT be refunded on items being returned). Just call us and make arrangements for your orders return.
Personalized items may only be returned if they are defective, or we have made an error in spelling or size. These items will be fixed or replaced. We do not offer refunds on personalized items. Please be sure of spelling and size before you make your order as items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
If you have received an item as a gift and there is a problem with an item please call us to make arrangements for return. Gift order returns will receive store credit or an exchange for the same item.
If the item is being returned due to damage, defect or our error we will make arrangements to have the item returned to us at our expense. Replacement items will not be sent until the original item is received.
Most orders take 7-12 business days for processing. This depends much on our present workload. Once your order is processed how long it takes for shipping will depend on the shipping method you selected. We generally ship First Class or Priority, unless you have convoed us with other arrangements.
All orders shipped out of the United States will be shipped by USPS First Class International. A tracking number is provided, but will only show that the item has left the US.
