I have been using this item for years. They were pkg with 5 per pkg. I believe your ad is miss leading because you price them in 5. My order always was received in 5 per pkg, however you counted 25 and shipped. Not sealed they loss the anti tarnish effectiveness.

We sell to resellers and end-users alike for any arts & crafts needs or simply for personal enjoyment. Our pricing is quite competitive as we buy in bulk and pass the savings on to you.

Shipping
We use the US Post Office for shipments.

International buyers
First Class International – This is our preferred method of shipment and is the method offered on Etsy. Shipping times vary depending on the country. Estimated delivery times range from 6-10 business days per the US Post Office. We do not ship to Italy at this time.

Customs - All International orders will include the green customs form up to 4 pounds. Each will be marked as “other” unless other information is provided. Any taxes and / or duties are the responsibility of the buyer / recipient of the parcel.

Service level offered is First Class International – This is our preferred method of shipment and is the method offered on Etsy. Shipping times vary depending on the country. Estimated delivery times range from 6-10 business days per the US Post Office. We do not ship to Italy at this time.

Insurance
We do not add insurance to domestic or international packages. It is the buyers responsibility to purchase this. While a customs form is added to the package there is not guarantee the post office will scan it along the way.
Refunds and Exchanges
Return Policy - Minor Details would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, we will accept returns, provided they are authorized within 14 days from when the item was shipped. The item (s) must be in the same condition as they were sent to you. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will reimburse for the amount of the item(s) and not the shipping and / or insurance that was paid. If the item arrived damaged, please let us know and if possible, forward an image of the condition.

Email us and let us know what your intentions are and the reason for the return. We will provide a return authorization to you. If you put this on the package or a piece of paper inside the envelope this will help us process the return faster.
Additional policies and FAQs
eMail – We will make every effort to provide timely responses to your email. While we have day hours posted, we do not have someone watching emails come in all day long.
