We are continually adding to our product selection. If you have a suggestion, please email us as many of the products are added from buyer suggestions. We know that when you shop online that you want to be able to purchase multiple items from one source and minimize the shipping charges. We believe we accomplish this through a larger selection and by maintaining shipping and handling charges at reasonable rates. Our merchandise is shipped worldwide, with combined shipping available, and generally shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment. We use quality shipping supplies to ensure that your items arrive safely to their destination. Most of our items are labeled so you do not have to figure out how what you received matches to what you ordered.

First Class International – This is our preferred method of shipment and is the method offered on Etsy. Shipping times vary depending on the country. Estimated delivery times range from 6-10 business days per the US Post Office. We do not ship to Italy at this time.
Customs - All International orders will include the green customs form up to 4 pounds. Each will be marked as “other” unless other information is provided. Any taxes and / or duties are the responsibility of the buyer / recipient of the parcel.

We do not add insurance to domestic or international packages. It is the buyers responsibility to purchase this. While a customs form is added to the package there is not guarantee the post office will scan it along the way.
Refunds and Exchanges
Email us and let us know what your intentions are and the reason for the return. We will provide a return authorization to you. If you put this on the package or a piece of paper inside the envelope this will help us process the return faster.
