Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of my products, I do not accept refunds of any sort.

However, if a product that you ordered arrives broken or damaged, I will repair it free of charge. Photo evidence must be submitted via e-mail within 30 calendar days.
Payment
I currently accept PayPal™, credit cards, and Etsy gift cards.

Payment must be received in full before custom orders begin. If you need to cancel your order, please contact me within 30-minutes after placing your order.
Shipping
I ship all orders by USPS First-Class Mail® (3-5 business days).

Rush orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail® (2-3 business days). Please contact me if you need your order rushed BEFORE purchasing. I will create a custom listing with the 15% rush fee included in the shipping price.
