Welcome

All Mint Lilly pieces are handmade by me, Elisa, in my little home studio. Each piece you see was designed and made with great care and passion.
I'm so glad you've stumbled upon my shop. I sincerely hope you can enjoy browsing.

Below this little welcome message you will find the information about my shop policies.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions, concerns, custom orders or special requests, at any time! I enjoy communicating with my customers and am open to communicate as much or little as you'd like to.

Payment

I accept payment via Etsy Direct Checkout and PayPal, both of which accept all major credit cards. For PayPal, it is not necessary to have an account, simply click on the Paypal link and follow the instructions.

Payment is due upon placement of order. If I do not receive payment within 48 hours, I will void the order and re-list the item.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase.

All of my work is handmade with care. I want you to be able to love and enjoy the piece you have chosen. I try to be as descriptive as possible about all of my work, the materials I use, measurements etc.
Please read the descriptions and measurements carefully. If their is anything you are curious or uncertain about, please contact me with questions prior to ordering.

If, by chance, you are not satisfied, PLEASE contact me within 7 days of receiving your item so that we can work something out. I want you to be happy, and I'm sure we can find some solution.
