Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
You may return any item (unused and undamaged) for any reason within 21 days of delivery. I will refund the price of the item excluding the shipping costs. The return shipping is on the buyer's expanse.
Payment
This shop accepts payments via etsy pay options.

All payments are due in 3 days from the date of transaction. I do reserve the right to cancel a sale and re-list the item if a payment is overdue!
Shipping
Please note: Due to the ongoing delays in shipping to Germany and the German Customs system, it is not longer viable to ship to Germany without tracking code and insurance. If you are located in Germany, but can't afford the tracked shipping please send me a message! I'll explain the implications to ship without tracking, if you are happy to proceed anyway, I'll add a custom order for you ^_^... sorry for the inconvenience.

Orders are packed Fridays and shipped on Mondays. All items are shipped with New Zealand Post internationally using New Zealand Post's International Air - target delivery time for shipping varies between 6 and 21 working days, plus 6 to 12 working days in your national customs system.
For more information see Air International at NZPost (http://www.nzpost.co.nz/sending-internationally/delivery-zones) and please contact your local customs office and ask for potential delays and fees before buying.

Because NZ Post does not directly control all parts of the delivery chain they cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the target delivery times. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or held in Customs, may take longer.

Failure of delivery

Parcels might be held in Customs or other border control authorities like Bio Security. These border authorities might claim additional taxes and fees. This is outside my reach, I am afraid I'll have to wait up to 30 days past the target delivery time before I can contact NZ Post.

The shipping is handled by a third party service(s) and is outside of my control, and
I ship at the owners risk.

If an item is still not delivered after 10 days beyond the target delivery and customs time, I will refund the money (minus shipping costs) using the Paypal refund feature. I will also contact NZ Post and do my best to get compensation in which case I pass this on to the buyer; however the complaint process at NZPost is drawn-out and cumbersome.

If you want more security I suggest to consider the tracked courier services upgrade. This includes an online tracking key by key events and signature on delivery shipment. These services are very pricey in New Zealand. For costs please see http://www.nzpost.co.nz.

Packaging

Prints are shipped in a cellophane bag and a Jiffy Rigi Bag (90% recycled Paper).
Soft toys are shipped in a cellophane bag and a bubble bag.
