Most of my items are kawaii, but also with the inspiration of the gumball machine filled with cute jewelry pieces! I love those kind of gumball machines that give you truly unique jewelry items as a kid, but I did not like the aspect of being surprised every time...sometimes I would get something I really liked, but other times, I wasn't so lucky...well with this shop, think of it as a "computerized gumball machine" only you would get exactly what you wanted! Minxdenpartdeux is a well oiled machine that produces the greatest looking rings, necklaces, earrings, brooches, hair bows, barrettes, and even some jewelry sets! And of course I search far and wide for the finest quality of cabochons/deco/findings to make these gorgeous, weird, wacky, colorful, unique jewelry pieces!

I only accept paypal, payment is required within 3 days or 72 hours from the time the order is made, if payment is not completed within the 3 days, I reserve the right to cancel the order. If that's the case you are more than welcome to retry ordering if you feel an error has occurred with the non payment. I also take echecks, but will not ship out the order until the echeck clears, that can take anywhere from 3-7 business days.

As of June 2012, I now ship WORLDWIDE! I strive to be as accurate as possible in shipping costs as I can. If I am over by 3 USD dollars or more (FOR USA, UK, CANADA, AND AUSTRALIA ONLY), I will refund the difference. But if you are from any other country not listed above, I will not refund shipping overages, (unless it is extremely over) since I am unfamiliar with the shipment charges to any other country, so I use an average shipping cost for one or multiple items. (Everywhere else: 5 dollars for first item, 1.00-2.50 for secondary item(s)....)

My shipping schedule for the next several weeks (until mid March 2013) will be on Wednesdays and Saturdays, I cannot ship out any other days due to my full time job schedule and of course sundays and major postal holidays(new years eve/day, president's day, martin luther king day, memorial day, independence day, labor day, columbus day, veterans day, thanksgiving, and christmas eve/day) if orders are placed between mid Wednesday thru early Saturdays then the shipments will go out Saturday. If orders are placed mid Saturday until early Wednesday mornings then they will be shipped out Wednesday, (this applies to both international and domestic orders)...if certain items not paid for (additions to previous orders) they will not be shipped out until payments are completed. If you want me to delay shipping any items (ex: if you want me to wait a week before shipping) or use express shipping for you to get your orders received next business day, let me know before ordering, we can work something out. If you pay by echeck, orders will be sent out when they clear and post to my account, it can take up to 7 business days for that.

I mainly use small boxes to ship out all orders for more protection of the items, every item(s) are individually wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection.

Most of the items in this shop are mailed first class only. I also use delivery confirmation on all domestic USA orders to track them, that cost is included in the shipping costs automatically...I strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible, so please do not ask me to lower the shipping costs, not only it costs a basic fee to ship, but consider all of the shipping supplies used for each order going out and it adds up in costs, also fees taken out of the sale revenue through etsy and paypal.....
Let me know if you need your order shipped to you fast, I can upgrade to express overnight mail, (USA ONLY) but the cost will be considerably more expensive, (18-25 USD dollars for shipment, depending on where in the US you are located from where I am located in Nebraska. I do not upgrade to priority mail since my first class packages seem to reach destinations just as quick as priority, there's no point in paying for higher shipping if you can pay less for shipments that can take just as quick as priority. Very rarely I have shipped priority if any orders are high enough to exceed 50 dollars worth. I always include delivery confirmation WITH ALL ORDERS..I will not waver the delivery conformation cost if anyone asks, this is a way for me to keep records on packages. If you want to insure your package, that's fine, just let me know before ordering, I can get you a quote. Now just so you are aware, most of the time, first class mail can be just as quick as priority mail, most of my packages on average take 2-3 business days. I cannot track any international packages going outside the USA, I also do not register any international packages. I always ship all international packages standard first class. If any international customers want to register/insure their packages you have to let me know PRIOR to ordering since the that kind of shipment is more expensive and is not automatically applied, (only first class is) if any international customers place an order and ask for registration or rush shipping I will not do that since you only paid for the first class shipping...

ALL CUSTOMERS, DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPMENT COSTS!!

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
I ship worldwide as of June 2012, all international orders will be sent out promptly as well as domestic orders...however there is no tracking on orders going internationally. I only ship first class on all orders going outside the USA. In some countries, it may only take 5-10 business days (CANADA, UK, AND AUSTRALIA), but in some cases it could take 2-6 weeks (ANY OTHER COUNTRY), very few countries I have been told it can take up to 12 weeks. I will not be responsible for or if any duties taxes/custom fees that may occur upon delivery, THAT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY. I would refund if there is an overage of 3 USD dollars or more (ONLY FOR UK, CANADA, AND AUSTRALIA ORDERS)..anything less than 3 dollars over will not get a partial refund...all international orders are also shipped out in boxes for extra protection. Any cases of any shiiping overages that do occur, whether its a small amount to up to 3 dollars over, (this applies mostly to international customers) those charges are used to incur of packing materials expenses, etsy, and PayPal fees. But if I over charge a great deal, rest assured, you will be refunded the difference. USA customers, overcharging happens rarely unless you are to make a huge order. Just so you all know, shipping is combined with ANY custom reserved orders just so that international buyers are aware, ALL international packages going to ANY COUNTRY are not a guaranteed delivery and have a slightly higher risk of being lost within the mailing system, and all international package going to any country can be held up in customs for a few weeks before final delivery every international buyer must purchase at his or her own risk! If you want to register your order internationally, let me know before ordering I can get you a quote.

I ship to the address provided to me through etsy, not paypal, please make sure your shipping address is updated and correct. but I do check both to see if addresses match, if they don't I will send you and email asking you to confirm your desired shipping address...

I am NOT responsible for loss/damages that occur in the mailing system (BOTH DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING), so if your item(s) get lost in the mail or get damaged, please don't leave any negative feedback, I make sure that your parcels are safely intact, and use tracking so I cannot be at fault of something like this happens...But if any damage/loss to your item(s) occurs through the mailing system, I highly suggest you file a complaint and a claim through USPS, go to your local post office and someone would be able to help you out, there is not much I can do on my end in case of this situation would occur.

In case of a loss or damage in orders, I DO NOT replace items since my inventory of cabochons and supplies is very limited and I would lose costs if I sent out replacements. Some rare cases, I would be willing to do store credits in the amount of the damaged item only (minus shipping).

I keep records of anyone with store credits and how much in USD dollar value...for the store credit to apply, you will have to come back to purchase something else, (this is how I can keep you as one of my valued customers) YOU WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE AT LEAST 2 ITEMS OR MORE FOR YOUR PERSONAL STORE CREDIT TO BE APPLIED, you will let me know what you want, I will make you a reserved listing with the store credit subtracted from the original base amount of the item(s). You will still have to pay for the full shipping costs though. ONLY I ISSUE STORE CREDITS, IT IS NOT THE BUYER'S DECISION! If anyone has a store credit with my shop, YOU HAVE 120 DAYS TO USE IT FROM THE DATE OF YOUR PURCHASE, (Example: if you order an item on June 15th and some time in this process I issue you a store credit of any amount, you have until October 15th later on that year or 4 months to use the entire credit) AFTER THE 120 DAYS ARE OVER, YOUR STORE CREDIT WILL EXPIRE! YOU CANNOT BREAK UP YOUR STORE CREDIT IN INCREMENTS YOU HAVE TO USE IT ONE TIME IN IT'S ENTIRETY!

If there are any damages, I can suggest certain ways to repair your item if that is the route you want to go...taking pictures and sending me them will also help too so I can assess the damage and then determine that to do.

Just understand that 99.9% of my orders are intact when they arrive at their destinations, but in those few rare cases, there will be some damages from the mailing system, that is just the nature of the beast, it's not something I can control, you have to consider the weight of other parcels bearing down onto the smaller packages I send out, and the sorting machines they all go through. The transit process of packages is a very rough and tough journey they all go through, and understand that every package sent in the mailing system poses a risk and that you are aware of said risks.

Refunds and Exchanges
All of my items are non refundable...

I do not refund if your items are lost within the mail system, or damaged within the mailing system, I work real hard to package your items so that damage should not happen in the first place, but in some rarer cases it can happen... Once the payment is complete, that's when the sale is final and I do not issue refunds. you can also make changes to your order if you want to add anything else. if you want a refund and the order is already sent, the exchange is complete and the item(s) are now yours. I would refund if I sent you the wrong item (but that has never happened)....in other cases, I am sorry, but no refunds will be made, no other exceptions will be considered. I will not refund if you suddenly decide to cancel your order for any reason. I will also do not refund if you are disappointed with the colors/textures, all computer monitors display colors and textures differently, if you need any other pictures taken of your item(s) of interest, I would be more than happy to do so. So in short, if you pay for an item/items they will be sent to you, once the payment is complete, the sale is final. Even if you ask for a refund after the purchase is made, you will be declined, everyone is treated the same as per my policies.

In the case to where you bought anything in my shop and decided you don't want that item(s) I can offer for you an exchange of anything in my shop that is the same price(s) as to what you bought that you didn't want.

I do issue refunds if the shipping costs you paid for are significantly higher than the actual shipping costs you paid for. This applies to both domestic and international shipping.

In certain situations, If I happen to make rare exceptions and resend your order and it gets lost a second time I will NOT issue a refund. No refunds or resending orders will not happen or be granted after 90 days after the first initial purchase date of order, this applies to both domestic and international orders.

WARNING!!! All of my jewelry, like most jewelry handmade out there are VERY FRAGILE!! They are not intended for all day everyday heavy duty use or wearing!!! Pieces may come apart if not treated with great care....if they do come apart later on down the road, use super glue or hot glue, but the best adhesive out there is called "E-6000" and I recently tried it out, this glue is super strong and works flawlessly...I usually use it and hot glue, it works best in jewelry repair. Purchase and wear at your own risk, jewelry usually is very fragile and must be worn or used lightly. DO NOT LEAVE ME NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IF YOUR ITEM(S) BREAK AFTER RECEIVING IN THE MAIL/FIRST USE! I am not a fault for your misuse of my items or carelessness and lack of care of my items. So far to date, I have not had any complaints from any past customers of breakages after at least the first use.

On Reserved items:
I do reserve any item in my shop upon request, and I only hold up reservations for any item for 3 days. After 3 days and the reserved listing is not purchased, then I will cancel the reservation so that I do not lose out any potential business on the item(s). If you need more time than the 3 days I give, ask me, and I can give you an extension, but only one extension can be granted to you (ex. if you need a week instead of 3 days, I will give you exactly a week to purchase) if you don not purchase your item(s) by or on the extension date you give me, then I will have no choice but to cancel the reservation and re list the item(s) back in my shop so I do not lose out on any business for those that can pay right away...this is not a layaway store where you can hold items for weeks or months at a time...I need to make the steady sales on my items. If you ask me to reserve for you and don't give me a date of when you plan to purchase, or an extension time frame, I will only grant you the standard 3 calendar days, and if not purchased, I will cancel/sell the reservation to someone else...

WHOLESALE...I do not do large wholesale orders, but the smaller orders I can handle since it takes a while to restock my inventory. No I do not do wholesaling discounts, you will pay full price for all items since they are all low but shipping will be combined, there will be a small handling fee(no more than a few dollars) for incurring extra packing materials. Sometimes I will include a free little bag of cabochons with your wholesale order!

Under no circumstances, am I to issue any discounts for any items that I offer in this shop, even if you buy 2 or more of the same/similar items, don't expect to get some money taken off for any groupings, you will pay the full prices of each item, I do my best to combine shipping on all items in this store and keep shipping costs as low as I can, and do refunds in shipping overages in access of 3 dollars or more. If I happen to issue any discounts at all, it's under my own accord and my decision only. I treat everyone the same in my shop, and no one gets special treatments, buying many items in my shop doesn't automatically grant you any discounts.

On cabochon grouping and jewelry: Everything is inspected for any major flaws, ex: chips, scratches...and some cabs are subjected to very minor flaws, but most are flawless. Every piece is strong and in great (most are in mint) condition when I send them to you. Now sometimes I purchase B grade cabs but work to restore them into tip top shape, if restoration is impossible, I will state the nature of the flaw and discount the item.

I do not take away items from listings (ex. listings with multiple rings, or barrette sets, or earring sets, anything with multiple items) you have to purchase the entire listing to get what you want. I am sorry, but taking items out of listings and retaking pictures and redoing listings can be very tedious.

I can supply duplicate jewelry pieces for some items, not all, if you want more than one of anything, ask me and I will let you know if your request can be accommodated or not.

always contact me via etsy conversation, in either etsy shop, that is the best way to get a hold of me, I check back at my shop daily and periodically for any messages....

for those that ask, no, I do not smoke, so anything you get from me will smell real good and will be fresh and clean....but yes i do own 3 sweet adorable kitties, and i do apologize for those etsy-ers who are allergic to felines, but rest assured, my sweet girl kitties are well trained, behave lady like, and know better than to mess with the merchandise...I have never had any complaints for my pets behalf....if you suffer feline allergies, just know you are ordering my items at your own risk and if you have a reaction after exposure to my items, I cannot be held responsible since you were fully aware by reading this clause.

if there are any noticeable flaws THAT I SEE in any of my jewelry or accessories, I will state the nature of the minor flaw in the item's description. So please read all items descriptions carefully, especially of the ones you are highly interested in purchasing. In some cases of any minor flaws, I will reduce the price of the item.

I NEVER list anything with major flaws. If I receive any cabochons/supplies/findings that are in poor condition, they are immediately thrown away and never used to make a sellable product in my shop.

Every piece of jewelry that is for sale in my shop, and previously sold are all tested to see if they fair well on myself...after every test and use, they are all disinfected with alcohol sterile wipes and gently placed in their containers until they are sold. I am the only person that tests the products I make, I do not use anyone else. My health is top notch and I do not have anything contagious, but I still sterilize everything for good measure.

every jewelry piece has small parts that can come apart with determined little hands and become a choking hazard if unsupervised. I advise strongly that these pieces are not for babies and small children.

If any items one orders breaks after receiving them intact in the mail, I will not give a refund or store credit, once they are in your possession, breakages and damages are your responsibility. There are no warranties or any allotted times issued for any items received in the mail. The responsibility takes effect IMMEDIATELY after receiving intact. (ex. if a ring breaks 4 hours after you got it, or 1 week after, anytime after receiving it, I am not responsible for any damages) if I do give a store credit it is souly my decision.

I mostly use grade A cabochons, some can be grade B, I firmly believe with some hard work can be restored and used just like their grade A cousins, give grade B's a chance!

Some jewelry items received are not the actual items pictured in the listings, they are very close replicas and may have very minute subtle differences. (this means they have been sold at least once before and have been re listed using the first original picture.)

If something is sold out in my shop, it means I cannot supply another duplicate piece, so asking me to make another sold out item will always result in "no". I answer dozens of these emails daily and I cannot stress this enough...I will say it again.....what you see listed and available in my shop is all that I have for sale. Sometimes I restock the item(s) only if I have duplicate cabochons to do so...

I DO NOT DISCLOSE any information on my business, where I obtain my supplies, costs, and accounting information.

I also DO NOT DISCLOSE any personal information about myself, place of residence, phone number, ect.

I DO NOT do any trades or exchanges of any of my items for other's on etsy or any other online venue.

I DO NOT give away free items for reviews, photo shoots, or blog give aways, however I will humbly accept one doing a review/blog give away from my shop, but if you intend to do so, YOU MUST PURCHASE THE ITEM(S) THAT YOU DESIRE YOURSELF FOR THEM TO BE IN THE REVIEWS AND BLOG GIVE AWAYS! Now reading this doesn't automatically grant you permission, you MUST ACQUIRE THAT FROM ME BEFORE PURCHASING. If I grant you permission, you must provide me a link to your blog/online website url/video review for me to have full access to see it. Very few times there has been verbal abuse towards me, and it will not be tolerated.

I also do not tolerate emails or feedback(s) with obscene language, profanity, remarks in sexual nature, rude snide comments, hateful emails, threats, anything of that nature I will report to the head staff at etsy.com and you will be asked to never return to my shop ever again. This is my place of business, I am professional towards my customers and to anyone passing by in my shop, or anyone with direct contact with me regarding my shop, I expect to be treated the same as well. This is a positive place of business, not a place for unnecessary drama to unfold. I only choose to deal with etsians who are fun loving, positive, happy, trustworthy, friendly, kind, and professional.

If I receive more than one soliciting email of the same nature from any etsian (sellers or buyers) I consider this harassment and will report such emails as spam to the etsy support team ...(especially if the emails are in relation to me giving out free items for blog giveaways, reviews, donations, photo shoots, modeling shoots, events) but really any etsy emails that I find suspicious in any way and/or I get multiple emails (2 or more) from the same person, it will be reported.
