Welcome to my shop policies. I have done everything I can to make this section as comprehensive as possible. If you read through the policies and still have questions please contact me and don't be surprised if you see your question added to the policies!!

I do my best to create the best quality products possible and please know that I would not sell anything that I would not use on myself or on my family.

My children's Hair Bows are hand assembled and are triple secured to their alligator clips using glue, wire and ribbon. Although I go to great pains to ensure they remain firmly attached I do not underestimate the tenacity and genius of the average 2 year old so please ensure any child wearing a Hair Bow is supervised (feel free to admire the child during supervision!)

My Mineral Makeup products are made from from the purest ingredients without harmful fillers. They are NOT tested on animals, they are only tested on me!

Returns and exchanges
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES – I would ask that all item descriptions are fully read and understood before purchase, also that differences in colour photo representation are understood. Please feel free to email me any specific questions about an item, I am always happy to help.

Due to the personal nature of my items, I do not offer refunds unless the product is damaged and we agree that it was due to an error on my part.

If you are not satisfied with your product please contact me and we will work together to find a mutually agreeable solution.
a) I accept credit cards, via the Paypal checkout provided (secure on-line payment system), as well as Paypal account payments.
b) Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. I file unpaid item disputes after 7 days if I have not heard from the buyer. If the item has not been paid for and/or no communication has been made within 15 days after purchase, I will close the dispute, issuing an unpaid item strike. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
c) If payment is not received in the specified method or currency I will return payment and hold order until proper payment is received.

All items will be shipped after payment is received and cleared in to my account.
a) Postage costs include packaging.
b) 2 or more items – I offer discounts on combined purchases. Etsy automatically processes these discounts for you.
c) My shipping days are Tuesday and Thursday.
d) Canadian orders are Canada Post Regular Parcel (2-5 business days), USA orders are Canada Post Small Packet - surface (4 - 12 business days), International Orders contact me before buying and I will get a shipping quote (I want to ensure a fair shipping rate is charged).
e) Prices do not include insurance or tracking- if you would like insurance please contact me and I will get a quote.
f) Buyers are responsible for the shipping information, please check that your Etsy shipping address is correct. Non-delivery due to misinformation will not result in a refund.
g) Lost or damaged items must be addressed with the Post Office.

If you are not satisfied with your product after shipping and believe I have made an error, please feel free to contact me and we will work to find a mutually agreeable solution.
