PAYMENT
I accept PayPal, direct checkout with credit cards. I do not accept money orders or checks.

RESERVATIONS
I will reserve any item for 24 hours. If you would like to reserve an item for more than 24 hours, you may with a 25% deposit fee to my paypal account. This fee is a non-refundable service fee. After the deposit you will receive a 25% off coupon to complete your transaction by the agreed upon date. If you do not check out by the agreed upon date, the service fee will be forfeited.

CUSTOMS FEES

Customers with shipping addresses outside of the U.S. and our EU shipping zone are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Shipping
SHIPPING
Packages are sent using USPS First Class Mail, Parcel Post or USPS Priority Mail. I usually ship within 24-48 hours of purchase. I generally ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday, but I can sometimes accommodate same day shipping requests. Most U.S. packages arrive within 3-10 days of payment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I do offer worldwide shipping using USPS First Class International. This service does not include tracking information, but I can include it for an extra fee (usually around $20 extra). I can NOT provide a delivery estimate for international packages. It's up to your country's customs clearance and in some countries can take up to a month. Customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

I reserve the right to cancel orders to the following ountries: Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Brazil, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), Liberia, Mexico, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Russia, Russian Federation, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan and any location that would be in violation of any U.S. economic or trade sanctions including OFAC Restricted Countries.

Buyers are responsible for knowing all laws regarding what can and cannot be imported to their country. If a package is returned because the country does not allow import of an item (for example, shoes, leather, fur etc) the shipping will not be refunded.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
I can send items via Priority Mail or Overnight shipping. Prioirty Mail upgrades are usally only a few dollars extra. Overnight shipping is usually around $15 more. Overnight shipping is not guaranteed. Please contact me for more information.

SHIPPING REFUNDS
Sometimes shipping is less than expected and I will gladly send you a refund for the difference if it's over $1.99 USD on request.

LOST PACKAGES
If your package is lost, you may be required to sign a form stating that the package is lost before I can go forward claiming insurance.

RESTOCKING FEE
Any item that is out of my shop for more than a month before it's returned, is subject to a 25% restocking fee. This is to cover the potential loss of income from not having the item available for sale.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied, please contact me first. I want to make sure my customers are happy. Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback before contacting me.

All items are vintage and most have been gently used. I will do my best to describe every flaw. But, sometimes small flaws may go unnoticed. If you feel an item is mis-cateorized or a major issue has been overlooked please contact me! Categories are as follows.

MINT - never used, perfect condition.

EXCELLENT- best vintage condition. No flaws or very minor flaws.

GOOD- still great vintage condition, but noticeable flaws.

FAIR- needs repair, cleaning, and is visibly worn.

POOR- I don't sell poor condition items!

I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR FIT ISSUES. Please take careful measurements and ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE PURCHASING. The only exception is when the listed measurements are incorrect.

You should allow 2 inches for comfortable movement in your clothing. If you're not concerned about comfort, you may allow 1 inch or less however you risk an item not fitting. If you have a question about whether an item will fit, please ask me. If I tell you an item, will fit, I will refund if it does not.

DAMAGE
Seller is not responsible for any damage that occurs after sale. If something arrives broken or damaged you have 24 hours from delivery to contact me. All vintage clothing should be professionally cleaned or hand washed. If you are not sure how to care for an item, please ask. Vintage heels should never never be worn on cobblestone streets. If you live in a walking city and frequently walk from one place to another, rather than drive, you may want to visit a cobbler before wearing your shoes for heel caps or to have the heel reinforced.
