PREMADE WORDPRESS TEMPLATES:
Theme are available for immediate download. Customized headers will be emailed to the email address listed on Etsy, within 1 business day.

CUSTOM WORK INSTALLATION
Installation will not occur until balance has been paid in full. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the work all sales are final. Refunds are only rewarded in exceptional cases, such as when I terminate an open project or decline to begin one. Once production has begun and/or your production start date has passed, no refunds will be given. No exceptions.

ACCESS
In order to install a template/ design, I will need temporary permission to sign in to your Blogger, Wordpress, or your Hosting Company's account. Access to servers and/or hosting account will not occur until the installation process, unless otherwise notified by email or phone call. An email will be sent prior to access, stating to the client when installation and access will take place.

CUSTOM BLOGS (BLOGGER AND WORDPRESS)
Blog design take 2-3 weeks to complete. See CLIENT AVAILABILITY & ABSENCE FILE


CLIENT AVAILABILITY & ABSENCE FILE
Please be aware that this process requires your active participation. During your selected time frame, I will be emailing you regarding the design, any changes requiring approval, etc. In order to complete the project in a timely manner I will need you to reply within 2 business days. You will also need to supply any photos/text within 3 days of the start of the time frame given.

If you feel that you would be unable to respond to emails or review/discuss your design within a few days please consider booking a more appopriate time frame that fits your schedule. I am very busy and it is extremely important that I keep all of my projects moving along in a timely manner. I must have my project finished by the end of each time frame given. If you fail to reply to emails within 4 days, you will be placed in the absence file and I will move on to the next patiently waiting client. After this happens, you may either pay a $20 ($40 for e-commerce and websites) fee to resume your project during my next available time frame, or pay a $60 ($120 for e-commerce and websites) fee to resume immediately. If it has been more than 3 months since the initial purchase and you would like to resume your project a $200 fee will apply.

This is not a policy I am fond of having but it has become necessary. I have had clients disappear for months at a time and then email me wanting to resume immediately where we left off which makes it difficult for me because I have other projects I am working on. I understand life happens sometimes, and so I offer an option to move your project to another available time frame for a $10 fee with proper notification.

So I kindly ask you to please make sure you have the appropriate amount of time to dedicate to this project before booking your time frame.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
After installation you have 15 days to report any technical glitches that you find, and I will fix those free of charge.

Fees will apply if problem occurs after the 15 days and/or problem was caused by someone other than a person from the Mira Belleza team. A series of questions will be asked in order to asses and properly quote the problem. My hourly rate of $40 will apply. This also applies even if it is within the 15 days. I am not responsible or liable for other people's mistakes.

LIABILITY
I am not liable for any changes or alteration done to the websites/blogs design or core files that are created outside of my control. I am not liable for any non-core files (including those with malicious intent) that are created and uploaded outside of my control. Core files are files that are necessary to run a website, blog, e-commerce, including but not limited to theme files, admin files, widgets, system files, etc. This applies from the time of purchase and post completion. I am not liable for any information or data lost during the time of purchase and post completion that was caused by a third party, or anyone outside of my control.

BACKUP
It is the clients responsibility to create a backup of their websites information, graphics, images, content, etc. at the beginning of production. I am not responsible or liable for any information, content, graphics, images, etc overwritten, or not backed up.

CUSTOM AND PREMADE WORK:

GRAPHICS
Please do not grab the graphics off the pre-made blogs and use them for Facebook, Twitter pages, or create buttons, badges, or other design elements.

PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice.

TEMPLATE/DESGIN USAGE
The template/design you purchase is for single-use only. You may not share/install the design/template/html code to any website/blog/e-commerce other than where it was originally installed. You may not resell or redistribute any of the templates/ designs/html code.


PORTFOLIO
I reserve the right to display all work, including finished templates/ designs, for purposes of promotion and advertisement.

LINKBACK
All templates/ designs will be installed with a small, unobtrusive text link at the bottom of the page. By purchasing the listing you agree to leave this link intact for as long as the purchased templates/ design is used on your blog/website/e-commerce.
