Announcement   ***ATTENTION, PLEASE !!!!. all dearest customers,and sellers friends *** I need to explain this...if you read one of my customer's feedback, and see that ONE of 396 said it took kind of long time for her to received the package. Soon I saw that feedback,- I wrote to her immediately that she might had for got that she used e-check(not pay pal like others). The pay pal always e-mailed to me... "do NOT ship out yet", until pay pal send me an e-mail that the e-check was cleared. Which I think it was the right thing to do anyway. (For other customers, I normally shipped out some times a couple hours,or less after their ordered, some times one day later.) But she was nice, though. I means other than that -she was a very nice customer. I was glad I did explained to her. . Last night my customer did tried so many times to pay with pay pal, and she could not go through,it was pop up that I accept money order only. Well,That was a big deal to me, It never happen before. she almost give up, good thing she contact me. so, all problem eventually solved, My point is.. if that ever happen again, please noted that some thing very wrong. and please contact pay pal(or etsy) immediately. Because there is NEVER a single time that I not accept pay pal. The matter of the fact.. pay pal is what I prefer the best. Last week my customer bought some thing, but the item still shown up in my shop as if no one buy yet, but she did paid. For that- I was immediately noted "SOLD" at that item. yes! I have to protect my customers. :: Some of my customers wrote in feedback that I have the best customer services. Anyway,I was asked why do I sell the great quality items in the very low price?.. : At the feedback, some customers said I am the best seller (even compare with ALL website on line on earth, they said I still be the top of the list any way.), Whoa !! I am like walking on the cloud now(smile); Well, I don't know if I am that great, all I know- I feel so honored. Please noted: if I have not immediately response any contact from all you sweet customers,( or sellers), please accept my apologies. ; I was asked -why my shop is so well known, and so loved? , One customer said my shop is "so diverse" well,may be this is part of why my shop is well known..--> like today, I just came back from the post office, 2 customers placed their orders this morning, I shipped out to them already in only couple hours after the ordered being placed. Plus.. I took the pictures of the slips that I sent them CERTIFIED mail., I PAID that extra my own,and sure-that slip says-WHEN?; then I e-mailed those pictures of the slips to my customers, make them happy. I am saying this in case if any sellers want that as the tips. I want every one be able to sell. I got the e-mailed from a sweet seller says "Wow, your shop is like the mall, You do have an eclectic , groovy shop:: Some said.. "..the dress fits like a glove,and you are right,it's far more beautiful in person,it has been very delightful to purchased from you", another customer said"thank you so much for the good quality garment,and so fast shipping, it's looks great on me", others said she was "so thrilled,the items are so detailed and ornate." and much more....:: :: Who am I ?: A seller who give the reasons to my customers-why I am a better choice for them? : Yes! I goes above and beyond. -Why?- because I think- when I be a customer, I do want it fast, too.: , : I ship out order with "confirmation rate" and pay all myself WITH OUT charge extra from my customers. ,I re-check the items at least 3 times before ship out.(unless some thing beyond my control and/or I DID mentioned it.) :: I know you can tell that my shop is unique as I am. :: I also love to give away the gifts to customers. As a shop owner- I would keep my good name above all else. I treasured the trusted that I had earned. . God bless you all. Very GENUINELY sincere. I prefer pay pal .** the most safety and FAST for you and me is pay pal. After your payment has been received, your items will be shipped out promptly. I go to the post office 3 times a week. So, Immediate payment is required, and preferable. *** Reserved is welcome. . In some cases ,some customer ask for sending e-check, cashier check,credit cards. I don't really mind. *** but I think.... PAY PAL IS THE BEST WAY for both seller and buyer. **Noted: I do not mind to"reserved" for my customers, but #1.please do not click "buy it" when you are not ready to pay.well, it's fine with me, but etsy is the one who has to work harder to cancel that sell. Thank you for the cooperation . #2. please try not to let the "reserved" maintain forever.please know that other customers might want what you reserved, . and/or you never buy it neither. So, maximum whole week should be fair enough. I noticed some shop hold it for 24 hrs.only. I will remove the reserved away after whole full week. Thanks so much.

:: IN USA. reg.shipping is $6. ::Express IN USA. $18.30 :: :: :: Over sea express shipping: Flat rate please add $20. :: Flat fee reg. shipping over sea is $15.00 ::Canada only $7.00 for regular shipping:: Express in Canada is equal as in USA($18.30) All those will only change if the weight,and size of items are requires: How about sale tax in some state in USA? please do NOT worry. I will pay for that. Unless if I have to walk to north pole, or south pole, and knock at your door myself, then I will charge you one meal( just kidding).

***Please note: ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!- NO refund, NO ex-change,NO return. There is NO limit questions BEFORE you buy it. The exchange will happens if only you order a dress, but I send you a candy(smile-you know what I means) It is customer's responsible to read the policy before shopping.and I did said that at the front door before you walk in, too. ::***Every single piece of my item I make sure the postman give me the proof that I shipped it out to you. And I keep them ALL. By the way, if it is possible, I prefer for you give me your home address,not P.O.Box. Unless if you know for sure that you will receive the order safety by that PO box, then that is fine with me...
