NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM WORK. Please keep this in mind when you order custom art.
For multiple consecutive transactions by the same etsy customer, I do not accept more than two refunds for separate orders. Example: If you purchase an item, return it, purchase another item, return it, purchase another item, return it, you will be limited to TWO refunds. Any additional orders placed and returned by the same customer will be given store credit, for an item of equal value, valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
