Returns and exchanges
Returns or exchanges within 7 days, or by special arrangement, are accepted and are processed promptly.
In general I don't accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, clothing items and earrings (as they cannot be resold), but if you have any concerns just contact me and I'll do my best to make sure you're happy with your purchase. I cannot cover the shipping charges for returned items.

Your satisfaction is very important. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, contact me by email or Etsy conversation. Please don’t use feedback to report a problem. Just send me a message and I’ll do everything I can to make sure you’re happy with your piece(s).
PayPal, credit cards, and money orders are accepted. (To use your credit card and not your PayPal account, choose the PayPal option and look for further instructions on the next page.) If you need help, there are instructions here:


Payment is expected within three days.
After receiving payment, most items will ship within one business day.

Within the United States, shipping is offered free of charge via USPS Priority mail:
unless otherwise specified in the listing.

Delivery confirmation is included for US orders- you'll receive an email with your delivery confirmation number. If you'd like your order to be shipped by Express Mail, please contact me before making a payment.

International shipments usually cost 5$ plus 2$ for every additional item in the same order, unless otherwise specified in the listing.
International orders generally arrive within about two weeks, however, delivery times may be longer to some locations. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, I strongly recommend using Priority Mail (6-10 day delivery time.) Contact me before ordering for this option.
Please note that if you are outside of the United States, you will be solely responsible for any customs fees and taxes charged by your country for goods imported from other countries.

Shipped items are not insured. Please contact me if you would like to insure the shipment.

All shipments are carefully packed in sturdy, moisture resistant packaging. I try to use the smallest amount of packaging that will allow your order to arrive safely, in order to reduce waste. Please contact me if you want to include a card with a message from you to the recipient and/or gift wrap or if you need a printed receipt to be included in the package.
