Tracking Your Parcel
All packages are posted by Cyprus Airmail and registered with a tracking number. I will send you a notification with your tracking number as soon as I have posted your parcel. Some items may take longer in transit to their destinations than others. If you have any questions, please send me a message through my shop.

Ordering Outside the EU
It is important when you purchase something from me that your experience should be calm, safe and enjoyable. Sometimes when you place an order outside the EU there are some postal services around the world that do not recognize my country's postal service so when I send you a tracking notification, you might receive the notification - Delivered - when your order has only just been posted. After a few days your order details should then change to - in transit - I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience and appreciate your kind patience if this issue may occur.
Return To Sender
Please make sure when purchasing an item from my shop that the full name and address is correct and is an address where someone will be able to receive your parcel. If your sealed, unopened parcel is returned to me by the postal service - I will get in touch with you.
Custom and Personalized Orders
I do not create any custom orders, reserve items, take on any commissions or sell my work wholesale. When you cannot find something in my shop it means the item is sold out. All items in my shop are made by me and they are my original designs. All drawings found in my Etsy shop are not prints - they are all originals.
