Are there potential allergens?
Yes! I live with cats. Two of them, specifically; they are NOT hairless cats, and thus shed their fur. I do not have a private area where I can create, and though I keep my materials separate in an area they cannot access, there is always the potential 'contamination' of the item via their fur. If you have a cat allergy, *please* keep this in mind when purchasing an item.
Care instructions
If you are purchasing an item that has been handmade, I will not assume you know how to care for it. Items made with yarns *can* be machine washable, using the delicate settings, but note that you do this at your own expense. Items put into the dryer have the potential to be shrunk, and items should not be ironed unless there is a cloth/towel between the item and the iron to prevent burns/accidents.
Ultimately, please use Google if you're unsure of how to wash an item! There are lots of tips available!
Custom and personalized orders
'Do you take custom and personalised orders?'
Yes! If I do not have a listing up for custom or personalised orders, I *do* still take them, but bear in mind that I cannot offer an exact date of completion. If you order a custom/personalised item with materials I currently do not have on me, then that will factor into the price you pay. Please keep this in mind when asking me for a custom/personalised item.
Will you sell to the EU/international?
If a buyer requests a specific item to be shippable worldwide, then I will alter the shipping for that item and that item alone. I am based in the USA, and will default to only shipping within the USA for my own ease.
If you ask for an item to be made international, then bear in mind I will NOT offer reduced shipping for that item; you will be responsible for the increase in charges. I do apologise for being unable to offer a reduction.
