Purchases cancelled before shipment will be refunded in full.

Custom orders cannot be refunded once the order is in the progress of being made.

Purchases cancelled after shipment will only be refunded for the item cost (not the shipment cost) once the item has been returned in the same condition it was sent.

Refused items will be refunded excluding shipment cost unless instructed by the sender to have the package refused.

In the case of parcels being delivered to an incorrect address (as supplied by the buyer), a refund excluding shipping costs will ONLY be issued if the parcel is RETURNED to the sender.

If an item is received damaged or missing an item in your order, please notify me immediately.

Unsatisfied purchases will be refunded (not including shipping costs) should the item be returned to me within 14 days of you receiving it. Return shipping will be at the buyer's expense.

Buttons / Magnets / Keychains & Notebooks are made to order & will require time to be made before I can ship them. All orders are dealt with on a first come first serve basis & will be dealt with in order.

I ship most orders through Canada Post, if it is being shipped via any other method I will notify you. Orders shipped through Canada Post are shipped via regular oversized lettermail for Canada or Small Packet for US or international orders unless other arrangements are made for expedited or tracked packages.

I will ship to the address listed on your Etsy order, please ensure that it is correct.

All shipping costs include packaging costs as well, to ensure that your items are properly packed to shipping standard to prevent being damaged in transit.

International shipment MAY be subjected to customs charges/import taxes, if your parcel is subjected to these extra charges the buyer must assume all responsibility as I have absolutely no control over the taxes that your government places on the parcel & cannot be held responsible.

I cannot be held responsible for shipment delays caused by the courier, governments (customs) or weather.

If you are in a remote region, your shipping transit time may be longer than expected due to the fact that it is as previously stated a remote location. Transit times provided to me via the courier are estimated between major urban cities.

Orders are usually shipped by the expected shipping date, if I cannot meet that deadline for any reason I will notify you.

All items are handmade & may slightly differ from one another.
