So I have never had such great customer service! I had a Christmas gift to buy and ordered a bit before, not expecting it to come in on time. But days went by and I emailed the seller and she said her computer crashed and never got the order! The seller kept in touch with me and even let me pick items from her shop for the inconvenience. She definitely made up for the mistake and my friend loves the necklace! It's perfect length and charm.

Rustic & Ritzy

Rustic & Ritzy began one afternoon in my old college dorm room. I was playing around with leftover wire from a class project and started to add colorful beads for decoration. The first pair of earrings I created were basic galvanized wire with a couple of glass beads strung on. Suddenly I realized how much more I wanted to create, and thus Rustic & Ritzy was born. I am constantly learning and trying new ideas to see what works best for my shop.

My goal is to feature unique & affordable pieces that are made from quality materials. As a college student I understand the responsibility to maintain a well respected shop while keeping my items reasonably priced. I believe my personal integrity to create items that I am proud to promote is a large factor in my success. I celebrate each sale and genuinely want to exceed my customers expectations.

The name Rustic & Ritzy comes from my love for combining the durable and delicate for a boho chic look. You will quite often find my shop full of items containing turquoise and a combination of silver & bronze.

I am committed to keeping a solid reputation and my customers happy - so if there is ever a problem, I will do my best to find a solution quickly.

Payment is required before I ship your items. I accept credit cards, debit cards, Etsy gift cards as well as PayPal. If you are interested in an item and would like to pay with a check please contact me and I will try to accommodate the request.
I will ship your purchase within 3 days of your order. Since the majority of my items are pre-made most orders are shipped the next available business day. (With the exception to holidays when the post office is closed.)

Custom orders will take additional time, so please contact me if you would like an estimate on processing & delivering time.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged I am willing to work with you to resolve the issue. I always ensure my packaging will withstand shipping and not be damaged, but unfortunately mistakes can happen. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving the damaged package. I require photographic proof of the items damage so I can assess the situation and determine the issue at hand so we can come to a resolution.

Returns will NOT be accepted unless the item is damaged. Since it isn't possible to refund shipping fee's, unfortunately I must require a strict no return policy. If there has been an ordering mistake please do not hesitate to contact me. I am always willing to discuss solutions to any problems that occur.
