miskabelle's Shop Policies
We take great care in choosing quality vintage items and presenting them on our site in a way that shows our customers exactly what they're getting. All stains/defects are photographed and listed in the item description.
We will reserve items for up to 3 days. If the item is not purchased within that window, the hold is removed.
Shipping prices are the amounts listed. It is truly difficult to estimate an exact amount before we actually take the box to the post office. If you are concerned that the shipping price might be too much, let us know, and we can be sure to refund the difference (if it's $2 or more) once we've shipped the item.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. So please ask questions before you buy!
We only take refunds/returns if an item was grossly misrepresented or if it has an unnoticed flaw that we did not mention. This is very rare.
We do not take returns for:
-wrong size (that's why we measure everything!)
- you dislike the item
-the color is "a little different" than what you saw on the screen. Every computer has different resolution, and we post high-quality photos, but if you need an exact color match, you should probably not be buying items online!
If an item falls apart within a week of sale, for some reason, we will discuss refund options. With older clothing and shoes, you never know, especially with items that haven't been worn in a while. We can't predict the future of the items, so please just communicate any problems to us directly!
