I do not accept refunds or exchanges because you've changed your mind. I try to describe my items the best I can and provide you with a good quality photos. I hope you'll respect my resources (money, time, patience etc.) as well as yours and consider carefully before making a purchase.

I do understand that sometimes life gives us lemons and I will try my best to make a lemonade out of them for you. If it was my mistake I will do a refund or exchange. Shipping and handling cost is non refundable.

When the buyer chooses standard unsecured shipping, I'm not responsible for eventual loss during shipping. When the buyer chooses secured shipping, I'll refund or send an identical or similar item in case of loss. I'll always try to find a reasonable solution in case of damage or loss.

Paypal is the only form of payment that I accept at the moment. It is easy and safe for me and you. Paypal accepts major credit cards so if you don't have a Paypal account it is not a problem. I would appreciate no delays in your payment. Orders that are not paid for within 3 days will be formally canceled and items listed again. If you know that you will be late with your payment please write a massage to me at the time of the purchase.
Orders made with Echecks will not be shipped until the cheque clears out. Thank you for understanding.

I try my best to ship the NEXT WORKING day after the payment was received ( no shipping on sat or sun - post is closed here, public holidays or post strikes ).
I ship from Ireland and use standard Air mail type. By this method tracking number is not available. If you need a different type of shipping please convo me.

Your order will be shipped to the address provided on Etsy invoice!

The buyer is responsible for all custom taxes and duties on all international orders.
Shipping will usually take 3-14 days.

ROI - December 19th
Great Britain - December 17th
Europe- December 13th
United States December 6th
Rest of the world - December 6th

I can't guarantee that you'll get you items in time even if you order before the recommended day. Shipping date information is provided by Irish post office and it's better to place you order as early as possible.
