Hi, I'm Leslie aka MissAdenine. First off, welcome to my store. I hope you see some interesting things. I create most of the items myself, though some items are created by my mother who, at this time, does not want to open her own shop. We both try to create interesting items of high quality. Feel free to ask questions about our items or request custom versions to suit your tastes. Thanks and enjoy!

I require payment in full before the item will be made (if made to order), packaged, or shipped. If you are requesting a custom order, I request payment in full before I begin work.

I currently accept Direct Checkout and PayPal. If you need any help checking out and paying for your order, feel free to contact me and I can walk you through it and answer any questions.

Note that orders shipped to Texas addresses will be subject to appropriate state and local taxes, no exceptions. Taxes will be applied to the shipping cost as well, as per Texas law.

If you have purchased and paid, but decide for whatever reason that you would like to cancel your order before I have shipped, please contact me ASAP, and I will refund in full and cancel your order as soon as I am able. Please note, that some items are shipped out as quickly as the same or next day. If the item has shipped, however, you will be subject to any return policies outlined below. If your item is custom, it is possible that I cannot refund in full. If this applies to you, please contact me to discuss your situation.

Please inform me of any deadlines by which you need an item, especially if the date is rapidly approaching or if is during my busy season (leading up to Mardi Gras and Halloween).

Please note that when you make a payment through Direct Checkout on Etsy or via PayPal (in my shop or any other shop on Etsy), the only information that I receive is a message letting my know that payment has been processed. I cannot even see what kind of card you use, much less the details of your payment. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Etsy or PayPal directly. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns, though I will just be able to point you in the right direction. Thanks!
I ship by USPS Priority Mail for shipping to US destinations. If you need Express shipping or a certain shipping service (FedEx, UPS), please let me know before you buy so I can confirm that it is possible and make any price adjustments needed. **Please let me know if there is a date by which you need the item if it is an issue (BEFORE PURCHASE).**

If you are willing to wait and want to save a few bucks, I can ship using a cheaper service if you convo me before purchase. I am willing to do this, but you may not get my normal very quick shipping time. (Option available for domestic and international purchases. Note that for international purchases, this can cause a significantly longer shipping time.)

International orders will be shipped via First Class International Mail. For this service, it can take 2-6 weeks. It is also probable that your item could be delayed by customs. I will fill out necessary customs forms as clearly as possible, but it is still possible that your shipment could be delayed at this point. I cannot do anything about a customs delay. If you have not received your item in six weeks from date of purchase, item may be refunded/replaced after agreement by both buyer and seller. Seller is not responsible for any taxes or duties owed in your country; please check for these before you purchase. **Please let me know if there is a date by which you need the item if it is an issue, as I may need to upgrade you to an Express service, and possibly adjust the shipping prices (BEFORE PURCHASE).**

There are certain countries which will not allow me to sell certain items to that country. If this is the case for your country, I will contact you to let you know that I am unfortunately unable to sell to you.

I will not mark any shipments as "gift" so please do not ask. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties required by your country. I also will not ship to a third party or allow a third party to ship items to me to send in one package.

Please note that for some countries, I may be required to place your phone number or other additional information on the package. Please check your convos and/or emails as I will request this information when necessary.

ITALY: I'm sorry, but as per Italian customs restrictions, I cannot ship any of my items to Italy. If I see that you have ordered from Italy, I will immediately cancel your order as I cannot legally ship to you. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience. Grazie!

If you would like to upgrade your shipping service, I am happy to do so. The simplest method is to contact me to ask for the service you would like before making a purchase. I will then make that option available to you (either by modifying the listing's shipping information or creating a reserved listing.) If you have already purchased the listing when requesting an upgrade, then the Etsy legal way for me to collect additional shipping expenses is to send you a PayPal invoice for the difference. You will be able to pay the invoice either with a PayPal balance or with a credit card (even if you don't have a PayPal account.) That said, it is much quicker and easier (for us both) if you simply request an upgrade before purchase. Please note that I cannot ship your item with an upgraded shipping service until you have completed payment for the upgrade. Thank you!
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me promptly via convo if you have an issue. Please do not report a missing item to Etsy until you have contacted me.

Replacements and/or refunds are possible depending upon the nature of the issue.

If the item has arrived with a defect or was damaged during shipping, please contact me (via Etsy convo) within 7 days after you have received your item. I may request pictures of the item to determine the damage. If the box/envelope your item arrived damaged, it is best that you keep the packaging as the postal or insurance service may need to document that before any claims may be made. You may be required to return the item before any refund or replacement is processed.

Please note that international packages may take time to arrive. Please allow up to six weeks for arrival.

Custom items may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

If you order after the posted cut off dates for Halloween 2012, I will not refund you because your order did not arrive in time. Please see "Additional Information" for more detail on cut off dates.

Additional policies and FAQs
Please note that while some of the items are already made, many are made to order. This means that I may not have every item ready to send the moment you order. Most things, however, are quickly turned around on my end (1-5 days). If you have a time deadline that you are working with, please let me know ASAP, so that I may determine if it is possible to complete the item and get it to you in time, and so that I know if I need to rush it through the line a bit. A rush fee may be required in some circumstances (to be paid at time of purchase). During busy times, a rush may not be available. During the Halloween busy season, I produce items in the order that they were purchased. If you have something special you want done, please order with sufficient lead time!

-On custom orders, I will ask for all the details of what you want in terms of colors, embellishments, finishing details, etc. You can request photos of thread color choices or of material choices. These can be provided with the best lighting possible, but colors may vary from monitor to monitor. If you would like me to attempt to match something, you should be prepared to send me a well lit photograph of the item or a swatch of fabric, depending on the nature of the item.
-When I hear back from you and you are ready to make the order, I will list the item for you as a Reserved listing (using your initials to protect your privacy). Please read the listing, checking all the details we discussed, including details about shipping and date to be completed. If all of this is correct, please purchase the listing so that I may begin work on your order. If there is an error, please correct it in the "Notes to Seller" or convo me quickly to make corrections.
-Once you have purchased the listing, I will begin fabrication of your order according to the discussed specifications. Once the item is complete, or if I have reached a milestone point, I will send a photo or photos and ask that you look carefully at the item and confirm that it is as desired.
-I do ask that you confirm before shipment to ensure that you are getting what you ordered and to minimize returns/exchanges because of silly errors. Please note that returns/exchanges may not be possible on custom orders.
-If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know so that they can be addressed early.
-Once I have final confirmation, I will ship the item using the discussed service. Thank you for your understanding!

Please note that on custom orders, where I have produced the item with custom colors or embellishments, I may decide to offer that item for sale in my shop. No personal details will be shared other than perhaps the fact that this combination was based on a custom order. Thanks!

Orders for arrival by Halloween must be made by Monday, October 22, 2012, for Halloween delivery by Priority mail. After that date, all orders will be filled on a first come, first serve basis, and I will not guarantee Halloween delivery (though it is possible). Please ask about express delivery if you need it.

Please note that as of October 1, 2012, I cannot guarantee delivery by Halloween. If you still wish to take a chance, I will send it ASAP and it may arrive in time. You can also ask about express shipping options.

If you have ordered past these cut off dates, please note that I will not accept returns due to late delivery (past Halloween).
