♥I ship all items through USPS First Class mail. Estimated delivery of shipping is 3-5 business days within the US. First Class shipping does not include insurance.

☆ Rush production options are available in the cart at checkout. if you do not purchase a rush production for your order, your order will be handmade in the original timeframe. Rush orders are made on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. All other orders will be handmade and shipped within the ORIGINAL production time as stated on the receipt at the time of purchase.
*FOR RUSH ORDERS please CONTACT ME directly BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE. I can better let you know if I can or cannot make a deadline. It is most required to purchase 2 weeks in advance (in the U.S.) before a main event to ensure enough time for production and shipping.
♥ All international orders are shipped USPS First Class International and does not include insurance or tracking. Please contact me with upgrades on shipping before an order is submitted and I would be happy to look up shipping upgrades for you.
♥ Shipping to Canada may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
♥Shipping internationally is estimated 3-4 weeks for delivery
♥ International customers will require to pay for customs or VAT taxes. When your order is delivered, you will be contacted through the mail with instructions on how to locate your package and pay for these fees and/or taxes. These charges are not applied to this shop and are separate taxes/fees for imported goods. The cost will vary depending on the amount of the item. Please keep this in mind while purchasing from this shop.
**ATTENTION U.K CUSTOMERS^^^^ Please Note the CUSTOMS CHARGES do apply to you. Again, Customs charges are not included in our shipping costs and are separate. I cannot mark a package as a "gift" to avoid these costs as that is illegal. Orders will not be refunded if a customer declines to pay these fines. Your package will be held until additional shipping is paid as well as customs fees.

** Any problems with shipping? Call USPS or go to www.usps.com for more information on how USPS customer service directly can help you. I have the same tracking number as provided through email when your order is shipped. It gives me the same info screen as you. USPS will be able to find out more info and help you file a claim for INSURED packages as well as PRIORITY and PRIORITY EXPRESS claims for delays, damages, lost packages, etc.
